CIVIL WORKS

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan) including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m. All kinds of soil.

Providing and laying in Position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering , All works up to plinth level1:4:8(I Ccement: 4coarse sand: 8grade stone aggregate 40mm normal size.

Centering and shuttering including Straightening etc and removal of form for foundation, footing, base of coloumns ect for mass concrete

Reinforced cement concrete work in walls(any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, coloumns, pillars, piers, abutments, post and struts etc. upto floor five level excluding cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement:1:1.5:3(1 cement:1.5 coarse sand: 3 graded stone aggregate20mm nominal size)

Steel reinforce works including straightening cutting, bending, placing and binding all complete as per Thermomechanically treated bars

BLOCK WORK:Providing and fixing precast cement concrete solid blocks above floor level up to five level in CM 1:6 complete including all charges for scafolding etc complete,

DOORS/WINDOWS/PARTITONS: Providing and fixing factory made uPVC white colour sliding glazed window upto 1.50 m in height dimension comprising of uPVC multi-chambered frame with in-built roller track and sash extruded profiles duly reinforced with 1.60 ± 0.2 mm thick galvanized mild steel section made from roll forming process of required length (shape & size according to uPVC profile), appropriate dimension of uPVC extruded glazing beads and uPVC extruded interlocks, EPDM gasket, wool pile, zinc alloy (white powder coated) touch locks with hook, zinc alloy body with single nylon rollers (weight bearing capacity to be 40 kg), G.I fasteners 100 x 8 mm size for fixing frame to finished wall and necessary stainless steel screws etc. Profile of frame & sash shall be mitred cut and fusion welded at all corners, including drilling of holes for fixing hardware's and drainage of water etc. After fixing frame the gap between frame and adjacent finished wall hall be filled with weather proof silicon sealent over backer rod of required size and of approved quality, all complete as per approved drawing & direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (Single / double glass pane Note: For uPVC frame and sash extruded profiles minus 5% tolerance in dimension i.e. in depth & width of profile shall be acceptables, wire mesh and silicon sealant shall be Paid separately)

Two track two panels sliding window made of (big series) frame 67 x 50 mm & sash 46 x 62 mm both having wall thickness of 2.3 ± 0.2 mm and single glazing bead of appropriate dimension . (Area of window above 1.75 sqm upto 2.50 Sqm).

STEEL WORKS

Providing and fixing M.S. Tubular frames for doors, windows, ventilators and cupboard with rectangular made of 1.60 mm thick M.S. Sheet, joints mitred, welded and grinded finish, with profiles of required size, including fixing of necessary butt hinges and screws and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer. Fixing with 15x3 mm lugs 10 cm long embedded in cement concrete block 15x10x10 cm of C.C. 1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) including providing and fixing MS frames for doors with 1.6mm door shutters of mild steel to the existing iron frame , including fixing of necessary butt hinges and screws and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, all complete as per the direction of Engineer-In-charge.

Strucural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including, cutting , hoisting, fixing in positions and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

Providing and fixing handrail of approved size by welding etc. to steel ladder railing, balcony railing, staircase railing and similar works, including applying priming coat of approved steel primer . GI Pipes

Providing corrugate GS Sheet roofing including vertical /curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8mm diameter with bitumen and GI limpet washers or with GI limpet washers filled with white lead, including a coat of approved steel primer and two caot of approved paint on overlapping of sheet complete ( up to any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces) , excluding the cost of purlins , rafters and trusses and including cutting size to size and shape wherever required 1.00mm thick with Zinc Coating not less than 275gm/m2

Providing and fixing 6mm thick chequerred plate for covering the cable trench including providing anchoring legs, pull out handles and painting with two coats of anti-corrosive paint over a coat of zinc chromate paint

Providing and fixing on wall face unplasticised Rigid PVC rain water pipes conforming to IS : 13592 Type A, including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS : 5382, leaving 10 mm gap for thermal expansion, (i) Single socketed pipes. 110 mm diameter

Providing & fixing glass panes with putty and glazing clips in windows, clerestory windows, all complete with 5.5 mm thick glass panes

FLOORING

Providing and laying C.C. flooring of mix M-25 with ready mixed concrete from batching plant. The ready mixed concrete shall be laid and finished with screed board vibrator , vacuum dewatering process and finally finished by floating, brooming withwire brush etc. complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-charge. (The panel shuttering work shall be paid for separately). (Note:- Cement content considered in this item is @ 330 kg/cum. Excess/less cement used as per design mix is payable/ recoverable separately).

FINISHING

12 mm cement plaster on single brick/ block or half brick/ block wall of mix: 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) to the inside of walls

Applying one coat of water thinnable cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface :

Finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade New work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 ltr/ 10 sqm. over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/ 10 sqm).

Painting wall with acrylic emulsion paint for interior of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade after thoroughly cleaning and preparing the old surface: Two or more coats on new work.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade :Two or more coats on new work including two coats of zinc chromate primer complete

LT WIRING

Wiring for light point/ fan point/ exhaust fan point/ call bell point with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface / recessed medium class PVC conduit, with modular switch, modular plate, suitable GI box and earthing the point with 1.5 sq.mm. FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable etc as required. Group-A

Wiring for circuit/submain wiring along with earth wire with the following sizes of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in surface / recessed medium class PVC conduit as required. 2 x 2.5 sq.mm + 1 x 2.5 sq mm earth wire

Supplying and fixing 3 pin, 5 amp ceiling rose on the existing junction box/ wooden block including connection etc as required.

Supply of 36W LED Batten surface mounting luminarire with Industrial box type fitting with powder coated reflector including all necessary accessories complete. (crompton/bajaj/philips/havells).

Supply,Testing and commisioning of 9 watt LED including all necessary accessories complete but excluding the foundation.(Make crompton/Philips/Wipro/havells)

DIESEL ENGINE DRIVEN PUMP

Horizontal centrifugal end suction back pull out type pump capable to deliver 2850 LPM at(171 cum/hr) @80 mtr head. Fire pump shall have C.I. casing, CS diffusers, bronze impeller (hard finished and dynamically balanced) and S.S. (304) Shaft with mechanical seal. The pump shall coupled to suitable HP of Radiator cooled diesel engine mounted on a common base frame with automatic / manual starting mechanism and other accessories with fuel tank (fabricated from 3 mm MS sheet, painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer) of capacity for 8 hours continuous working. The tank shall be fitted with Magnetic oil level indicator, MH with cover, drain valve, air vent including structural supports (painted with approved shade), 24 volt Radiator with necessary piping connections & fittings & exhaust pipe connection complete.MAKE :-KIRLOSKER / LUBE/ CROMPTON

Supply , erection , testing & commissioning of motor control panel for fire pumps incorporating automatic star delta switch gear rated for the motor HP . THE CONTROL PANEL mounting shall include necessary indication lamps for the RYB phase showing the power supply conditions etc . the panel shall dully painted with proper anti corrosive lacquer and is of foot /wall mounted type with all accessories (for diesel pump )

BUTTERFLY VALVE: Supplying, Installing, testing and commissioning of CI butterfly valves with supervisory switch as per BS 5155 (PN 16) slim seal standard gear operated type, with required flanges, nuts, bolts etc. complete.

ABOVE GROUND PIPING: Supply, erection , testing and commissioning of MS ‘B’ class pipes confirming to IS : 1239 part-I with malleable specials confirming to IS: 1239 part –ii , such as elbows ,reducers flanges , etc . including cutting , welding , fixing in/on walls , ceiling by sing suitable supports , the pipes shall be painted with one coat of primer and coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour /shade.
