Firefighting system : i. Automatic fire protection system for main transformers(Nitrogen Injection Type). as per requirement of DGMS norms and TAC guidelines and specification-1 Lot ii. Fire extinguishers of different types, sand buckets, etc. as per specification complete with mounting arrangement -1 lot iii. Fire hydrant system for outdoor yard including Hose Pipe,hoses,hydrant pipe ,valves etc - CO2 & Dry type extinguishers , sand buckets with stand - 1 lot
Illumination system & Fans: i) Supply of distribution boards, luminaries, ceiling fans, exhaust fans etc. including junction boxes, conduits, switches sockets etc. for indoor illumination as follows: A) For control room 1) The illumination system must be designed to ensure minimum illumination lux level of 100 Horizontal and 50 Vertical inside the substation building (Control room). 2) Ceiling fan, 48" sweep-Required Nos. B) For other rooms & utility areas 1) The illumination system must be designed to ensure minimum illumination lux level of 100 Horizontal and 50 Vertical inside the substation building 2) Ceiling fan, 48" sweep-Required Nos. C) Exhaust Fan Battery room - 2 no 12" sweep Toilet - 1 no 9" sweep
Outdoor Lighting : i.Required wattage flood light luminaries with LED lamps, control gear bracket etc. for outdoor yard lighting for installation in 15 M high lighting towers so as to ensure that the switch yard should have minimum illumination lux level of 50 Horizontal ii.11 m high steel tubular poles along with required wattage LED street light luminaries along with control gear, brackets etc for yard lighting to be installed in the periphery of the yard - As per requirement. iii.Required wattage LED flood light luminaries along with control gear, brackets etc. for periphery lighting to be installed in the four sides of substation building/ control room - As per requirement. iv.Post top lantern of suitable rating with lighting switch boards, luminaries and cables on each entry gate of the substation area for outdoor illumination-As per requirement. v.Inverter cum battery charger along with battery for emergency lighting suitable for operation at 230V AC inside substation building- 1 Lot vi.Lighting distribution board 4 pole, 230V with MCCB/MCBs for control and distribution to lighting load of the substation- 1 Lot vii.Emergency illumination including distribution board, cable, switches, luminaries etc - 1 Lot
Auxiliary Power supply system: i. Power distribution board, 415V, 3 ph and neutral with MCCB/MCB’s for control and distribution of auxiliary loads including firefighting system of the substation except lighting load -1 Set ii. 110V rechargeable sealed maintenance free battery (SMF), lead acid type (220 AH. capacity) complete with two float cum boost charger (one working and one standby), wooden rack etc along with DC Power distribution board, 110V, with all protections for supplying power to various installations- 1 Set
