Supply of 110 mm dia PVC strainer with blind pipe (4.00m)

Hiring of machinary for boring work.

Construction of 200mm dia bore hole by casing method in mixed with clay, Bajri and boulders including erection of boring T&P, handling and dismentling after complection of work also including all labour required for levelling of site loading arrangement etc. complete.

0-65 m B.G.L. by casing method.

Supply and fixing of 110 mm dia 10 kg /cm2 ISI marked PVC pipe using in casing method including all fixing materials labour socket etc. complete

Lowering of pipe assembly in 200mm dia bore hole including all labour T&P etc. required for jointing the various components and lowering then into the bore hole upto proper depth etc. complete.

Surrounding or Packing added coarse sand in between the bore hole and the strainer up to 3m from the strainer, including supply of coarse sand, labour T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Sealing of the annular space between the housing pipe and the bore hole in single continuous operation with puddle clay, bantonite clay and cement concrete as per drawing supplied by the department including supply of all material, labour T&P etc. required for completion of work.

Develoment of bore by compressor Machine and back washing till the discharge free from turbidity including equipment labour T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Disinfection of bore using powder chlorine compound including through cleaning of all exterior parts of hand pump coming in contact with water, also including supply of bleaching powder complete

A - Pumping Plant

Supply and fixing of 1 HP Submersible Pump (Crompton make) to deliver up to 42 mtr head, complete with supporting wire, 1.5 sq mm 3core wire (Havells, Arkaylite, phinolex)meter cable, pump controller (Control panel cum Starter all complete) crompton make suitable for above motor, auto water level controller of approved quality and also including all types specials reducer , Tee ,Bend , Sockets, Union, valves (02nos sluice and 1 no reflux valve), Clamps required for rising main pipe line upto clamps complete in all respects icluding supply of all , labour T&P etc coplete for proper completion of work

B- Rising main

Providing and fixing Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes, having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply, including all CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings, including fixing the pipe with clamps at 1.00 m spacing. This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement and testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge.

32 mm nominal outer dia Pipes for riser pipe in borewell and borewell to PVC tank.

C- Chamber Work

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m. All kinds of soil.

1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

Brick work 1:6with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth.

Rectengular shape precast R.C.C manhole cover with frame of size 600x450mm (L.D.25)

12 mm thick plaster on brick work with 1:6 cement mortar

Providing and placing on terrace (at all floor levels) polyethylene water storage tank, IS : 12701 marked, with cover and suitable locking arrangement and making necessary holes for inlet, outlet and overflow pipes but without fittings and the base support for tank.

A - Distribution System

20 mm dia Gunmetal gate valve with wheel

Excavation in ordinary soil (loam, clay, sand) for pipe line trenches including lift up to 1.5M and lead up to 30M with back filling, watering, ramming of excavated earth in the trenches. ( 30 X .60 X .60)

Supply and fixing of brass Bib Cock as per direction of engineer in charge (1 X 2)

B - CONNECTION

Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge. Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix .

Excavation in ordinary soil (loam, clay, sand) for pipe line trenches including lift up to 1.5M and lead up to 30M with back filling, watering, ramming of excavated earth in the trenches.

Making connection with existing GI pipe line of following dia including local cartage of required material to site of work,cutting and threading of pipe,bailling out of water ,making connection properly with fitting of specials testing of joints ,back filling ,cleaning of site completely and returning of scrape material to local store but excluding cos of conection pipes and specials

Providing of all materials ,carting from site store to site of work laying and jointing of G.I. Screwd (Including supply of all jointing materials like specials,white lead hemp and oil etc.) in trenches with its cutting ,threading and testing of pipe line etc complete (external work) GI (m) 15mm

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level .
