Earthing with 4 Nos. GI plates for Tower body earthing / Lightning protection earthing / Equipment earthing etc. by observing the following procedure.(diagram enclosed at Sec-9,Part-C) (A) Digging of earth pit of size 2mtr x 2mtr x 3mtr deep and refilling the same after installing the earth plate system. Soft soil for earthing (B) Supplying and installing 4 Nos. hot dip GI earth plates of size 600mm x 600mm x 6.0 mm at the bottom of the pit, after putting alternate layer of char coal / coke and salt up to of 15 cm height. (C) Drilling holes to the plates, making connections to all the four plates for extending earth using GI bolts & nuts, washers, lead washers. (D) Providing 1" dia GI watering pipe (B-class) of approximate length 2.2 mtr with suitable GI sheet funnel. (E) Providing masonary enclosure of 300 mm x 300 mm for earth pit with Cast Iron/MS hinged cover plate. (F) Providing and fixing 2" x 10" x 16 SWG GI / MS ( or suitable size) sheet to the masonary enclosure (including painting) for sign writing of the earth pit. (G) Initial watering of the earth pit including arranging necessary water etc as required.

Earthing with GI earth plate 600mm*600mm*6mm thick accessories and providing masonary enclosures with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7m long etc with charcoal/coke and salt as required, as per CPWD specifications for plate earthing(diagram enclosed at sec-9, Part-C)

Supply & fixing 25mm x 5 mm GI strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required.(Horizontal/Earth pits)

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip in 40 mm dia G.I. pipe (medium class) from earth electrode including connection with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer excavation and re-filling etc. as required.

Providing and fixing earth bus of size 32 mm x 6 mm GI strip of 30 cm long on surface for connections including porcelain insulators, clamps and screws etc as required

S/F of 16 Sq.mm copper end termination including crimping with suitable crimping tool to the cable making good as required.

Providing CC plastering at site, for protecting the earth strip wherever required

Providing and fixing lightning conductor finial made of 25mm dia 900 mm long GI pipe ( B-class) having single prong at top with suitable size GI base plate including holes etc.as required.

Fixing of existing lightning conductor finial on the top of the tower/base platee including holes etc.as required.

Providing and fixing GI strips of 50 X 3 mm size of approved quality. One end connected to the bottom of the lightning arrester and other end connected to the ring earth/Plate earth with two numbers 10 mm dia. GI bolts and nuts at every connector. The GI strip shall be clammped to the tower earth uniform intervals at 1.5 mtrs using necessary porcelean insulator clamps with bolts and nuts to avoid direct contact with tower as directed by engineer incharge.

Supplying & fixing of LED based Aviation lamp suitable for working on 230V,1-Ph, AC supply including interconnection with suitable copper cable & mounting on the top of 40 m/60m tower along with fixture,inbuilt auto ON/OFF control with photo sensor and power supply unit , testing etc complete as required.( IP 65 rating)( M/s Bajaj or similar superior make).

Supplying and laying of 2*1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated armoured sheated AUG copper conductor cable of 1.1KV grade on surface of wall /on cable tray as required(Vertical/Horizontal run)
