The rate includes octroi, royality, Malkana toll tax, Goods Service Tax, building and other construction worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Plain /reinforced cement concrete in open foundation complete as per drawing and Technical Specification,PCC Grade M15)including carriage of materials , within all leads and lift and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate includes octroi, royalty, Malkana toll tax, Goods Service Tax, building and other construction worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Plain /reinforced cement concrete in open foundation complete as per drawing and Technical Specification,PCC Grade M25)including carriage of materials , within all leads and lift and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate includes octroi, royalty, Malkana toll tax, Goods Service Tax, building and other construction worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Supplying fitting and placing HYSD bar reinforcement in foundation complete as per drawings and Technical Secification Clauses 1000 and 1202 including carriage of materials , within all leads and lift and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate includes octroi, royalty, Malkana toll tax, Goods Service Tax, building and other construction worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Wrought iron and mild steel welded work in using angles square bars tees and channel grills grating frames gates and free guards of any size and design etc. including cost of screens and welding rods or bolts and nuts complete fixed in position but without the cost of excavation and concrete for fixing which will be paid separarately, including carriage of materials , within all leads and lift and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate includes octroi, royalty, Malkana toll tax, Goods Service Tax, building and other construction worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Providing and fixing 0.60mm(Zero point sixty milimetre) thick prepainted steel sheet in roofing with hot dipped metalic zinc coated sheet with top coat of regular modified polyster (RNP) organic coating of 20 (Twenty )microns over 5(Five) microns primer coating to back coat of polyster of microns over 5(Five) microns primer coating including fixing with prepainted iron J or L hooks bolts and nuts 6mm (Six milimetre)dia metre with prepainted limpet and rubber washers complete with all acessories including carriage of materials , within all leads and lift and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate includes octroi, royality, Malkana toll tax, Goods Service Tax, building and other construction worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Providing and fixing ridges and hips in Asbestosn cement dheets roofing with G.I ,J or L hooks bolts and nuts, 8mm diametre G.I Plain and bitumen washer complete including carriage of materials , within all leads and lift and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate includes octroi, royality, Malkana toll tax, Goods Service Tax, building and other construction worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Painting on steel surfaces (Providing and applying two coats of ready mixpaint of approved brand on steel surface after thoughly cleaning of surface to give an even shade including carriage of materials , within all leads and lift and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate includes octroi, royality, Malkana toll tax, Goods Service Tax, building and other construction worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Applying priming coat over new steel and other metal surfaces after and including preparing the surface by throughly cleaning oil,grease, dirt and other foreign matter and scroured wit wire brushes fine steel wood scrapers and sand paper complete with Readymixed priming paint brushing red lead ,Red oxide/zinc oxide chrome. including carriage of materials , within all leads and lift and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate includes octroi, royalty, Malkana toll tax, Goods Service Tax, building and other construction worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Providing and erecting a "W" metal beam crash barrier double beam single side metal beam crash barrier including retro-reflective tap comprising of 3mm thick corrugated sheet metal beam rail, 85Cm..(Eighty five Centimetre) above road/ground level, fixed on ISMC series channel vertical post, 100x50x5mm (One hundred into fiftyinto five milimetre)spaced 2(Two) metre centre to centre , 2 .00(Two metre )height ,1.15 (One point fifteen metre ) below ground level /road level, all steel parts and fitments to be gavanised by hot dip porocess ,all fitting to confirm to I.S :1367 and IS :1364.metal beam rail to be fixed on the vertical post with a spacer of channel section,100x50x5mm (One hundred milimetre into fifty milimetre into five milimetre),546mm long complete as per clause 810 of MORTH ,.including carriage of materials , within all leads and lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.. Providing and fixing ACP (Aluminum composit panel) sheet 4mm(Four milimetre) thick ceiling over M.S Angle & T-Secion complete in all respect .including carriage of materials , within all leads and lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate includes octori, malkhana, toll tax, Goods Service Tax, building and other construction worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.
