REPAIRS TO SOFA SETS (FD/TP), SOFA CHAIRS AND ALLIED UPHOLSTERY WORKS UNDER GE (NB) VISAKHAPATNAM

M & L for repair to SOFA SETS FIVE SEATER (Two with arms and three without arms) for conversion sofa coir-cum-spring to Ply-cum-foam sofa set by Removing the old unserviceable torn / worns out materials such as springs, coir, cane stick, cotton stick, nails, markin cloth and outer tapestry cloth from each sofa chair carefully without damaging the adjacent wooden parts, tightening the entire wooden frame using nails and screws and carry out the following works in sequence complete all as specified, shown on drawing and as directed:- (i) S & F 03 Nos 2nd class hard wood seat frames of size 12x6x120mm at the front and sides of inner base for seat level elevation from ground (ii) S & F 12mm thick plywood of BWR grade as per required size of 600x600mm with screws to above fixed seate elevated frame (iii) S & F 6mm thick plywodd, BWR Grade of size 600x600mm with screws to existing back rest frames of sofa chairs (iv) Supply & fix/Paste 100mm thick, cool foam of size 600x600mm of 40 density to seat base, 75mm thick, cool foam of size 600x600mm of 32 density over back rest and 25mm thick, cool foam of 32 density on outer lateral surface of sofa and remaining portion where leg rest at base with resin/fevicol over the plywood top as fixed above (v) Providing internal markin cotton cloth over the cool foams affixed above and then stitch with approved (Shade & quality) tapestry cloth not less than Rs. 400.00 per mtr, 4 ft wide overall in the front, back, sides with good quality thread match with fabric colour, (vi) Provide markin cotton cloth at internal base as per requirement (vii) Replacement of unserviceable wooden legs with 04 Nos Stainless steel legs of 4 inch height, 75mm dia, 18 gauge thick for each sofa chair with necessary fixing arrangement (Note: Tapestry cloth:- It shall be heavy linen look fabric, plain velvet fabric or as per approved sample placed in BSO yard . M & L for repair to SOFA SET 5 SEATER, (3+1+1) by Taking out old pressed /torn cushions from each set and Supply of 40 density,100mm thick PU foam cushion of size 520mmx560mmx100mm duly covered with inner linen cloth and best tapestry cloth not less than Rs 400.00 per metre of approved color and shade. Each cushion cover shall be provided with best quality polyester zipper stitched on one edge of cushion cover covered under the flap of cloth with standard fitting complete all as specified, shown on drawing and as directed. M & L for repair to SOFA SET 5 SEATER, (3+1+1) by Scratching the entire wooden surfaces of sofa with sand emery paper of various grit, filling the pores with wood filler to make good the surface and polishing with hi gloss french polish with spray machine after preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and as shown on drawing and as directed. M & L for repair to SOFA CHAIR EASY WOODEN FRAME WITH ATTACHED CUSHION by Removing old material i.e- zig zag upholstery metal springs, tapestry cloth, lining cloth, foam cushion from each seat of sofa, supply and fixing new zig zag metal springs of 12 guage, new tapestry cloth of not less than Rs. 400.00 per mtr of approved colour and shade, best quality lining cloth and 125mm thick, 40 density PU foam cushion to restore the seat in the same shape complete all as specified, shown on drawing and as directed. (Note: Tapestry cloth:- It shall be heavy linen look fabric ,plain velvet fabric or as per approved sample placed in BSO yard) (Drg No. TP)

M & L for repair to SOFA CHAIR EASY WOODEN FRAME WITH ATTACHED CUSHION by Removing old material i.e-elastic webbing tape, tapestry cloth, lining cloth, foam cushion from each back of sofa, supply and fixing new elastic webbing tape 75mm wide, new tapestry cloth of not less than Rs. 400.00 per mtr of approved colour and shade, best quality lining cloth and 125mm thick, 40 density PU foam cushion to restore the back in the same shape complete all as specified, shown on drawing and as directed. Each cushion cover shall be provided with best quality polyester zipper stitched on one edge of cushion cover covered under the flap of cloth with standard fitting complete all as specified, shown on drawing and as directed. M & L for repair to SOFA THREE SEATER FULLY UPHOSTERED by Removing the old unserviceable torn / worns out tapestry cloth, hessian cloth, lining cloth, foam, coir, cotton cloth, GI spring from back, seat and arm carefully without damaging the adjacent wooden parts, tightening the entire wooden frame using nails and screws.The sofa set shall be fully upholstered in the same manner by using new material ie - new tapestry cloth not less than Rs. 400.00 per mtr, new hessian cloth, new lining cloth, new coir, new 100mm thick 40 density foam cushion, new cotton cloth, new zig zag metal springs of 12 guage, new elastic webbing tape 75mm wide and new 25mm thick 40 density foam sheet.The bottom of each sofa chair shall be covered with fine hessain cloth using nails, Scratching the entire wooden legs of sofa with sand emery paper of various grits, filling the pores with wood filler to make good the surface, polished the leg with hi gloss french polish after preparation of surfaces complete all as specified, shown on drawing and as directed. (Note: Tapestry cloth:- It shall be heavy linen look fabric, plain velvet fabric or as per approved sample placed in BSO yard . (Drg No. TP/SKT-DH)
