Excavation in foundation,trenches etc.in earth work, lift upto 1.50 metres stacking the excavated soil not more than 3 meters clear from the edge of the excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15 cm.layers, when required in to plinth sides of foundations etc. and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed with in a lead of 20 mtrs. (PW/JW ).50% each

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement:3 sand:6 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) excluding cost of centring and shuttering in: Foundations and plinth:

Brick work using common burnt clay building bricks in foundation and plinth in Cement Mortar 1:4 (1 Cement : 4 Sand) Second Class Bricks

15mm Cement plaster in single coat on the rough side of brick/ concrete/stone walls for interior plastering upto floor two level including arrises,internal rounded angles,chamfers and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm in girth and finished even and smooth. in Cement Mortar 1:4 (1Cement:4 Sand).

Finishing wall with water proofing cement paint of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on decorated wall surfaces (one coat) to give an even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt,loose or softened paint.i/c one subsquent coat.

Steel work welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work i/c. cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a coat of red lead paint in beams joist channels,angles,tees,flats with connecting plates or anle cleats as in main and cross beam, hip and jack rafters,purlins connected to common rafters and the like.

Painting two coat (excluding priming cost on new steel and other metal surfaces with enamel paint brushing to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of all dirt,dust and other foregin matters

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (1 cement :1.5: Sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size and curing complete excluding cost of form work in Foundation and plinth

Supply and fixing galvanized steel bar-bed wire (IS:278-1962 Type-I) weighing 9.38 kg per 100 metres (minimum) straining and fixing to any type of standard rails, straining bolts including securing with and provision of galvanized mild steel wire, staples or Steel pins etc. as directed (posts and struts of wood concrete, steel etc. and straining bolts shall be paid for seperately
