Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 1.2 TR wall mounted high performance split type cooling units suitable for Critical Technology/Equipment room. Each unit shall facilitate installation in Small Areas, shall feature robust design to run 24x7, Auto-Restart function, Monitoring with Unit-to-Unit Communication and Ease of service.Unit comprising of two parts; Indoor section & outdoor section. The Indoor unit shall comprise of Metallic Body construction with insulated side panels, Evaporator Coil with Hydrophilic Coating, Backward Curve fan with EC motor, HDPE Washable Filters, Expansion Valve, R407C/R410a Refrigerant, Corded Remote, Microprocessor Controller, G4 Filter, Suction and Discharge piping, Internal power and Control wiring, HP/LP Cutouts, Power and Control contactors and Other Electrical & safety accessories. Outdoor cabinet consists of Compressor, Fan with single phase motor and Condenser coil. Supplying and laying of additional copper refrigerant pipe line [ suction and discharge both] including providing foam / polyurithene insulation on both the refrigerant pipes separately along with necessary brazing, leak testing, etc. as required.

Supplying and laying of ISI marked CPVC pipe of 1 inch dia for draining of sweated water from AC evaporator unit including providing tee, joints, elbows wherever necessary etc. complete as required.

Supplying and laying of ISI marked pvc insulated flexible copper cable of size 3 x 2.5 sqmm of 1.1 kv grade including making connection etc. as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. [cable joint is not permissible] (Make: Havells/Polycab/Finolex)

Supplying and charging of eco friendly green refrigerant as applicable for AC unit for topping up etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing of adjustable readymade stand for resting condenser unit either on flat surface or on wall [as per site requirement], duly prepainted with anticorrosive paint, nuts, bolts, grouting / properly securing from accidental fall, etc. complete as required.

De-installation of split type air-conditioner [1.0 / 1.5 / 2 TR capacity) from its existing place, including deinstallation of indoor and outdoor unit, removing of existing refrigerant pipes, darain line etc. and shifting the indoor and out door unit to research park store room complete as required.
