Notes for item No. 1.00 to 5.00: (i) Quoted rate shall deemed to include the cost of cutting chases on wall/floor for concealed conduit wiring and making good with cement plaster, putty and paint to match with the existing surface. (ii) If any beam / column / Rock wall is encountered while cutting chases, that particular portion may be provided with PVC casing & capping or surface conduit for drawing cables and surface PVC gang box fully enclosed type for mounting switches, sockets & regulators etc to avoid any damage to the structure. (iii) No cutting shall be done on ceiling for laying PVC conduit for ceiling fan point wiring. Surface conduit or PVC casing capping may be used in that portion.

S & F in replacement of old unserviceable LED bulb 12 watt, 6500K, 1200 lumen, ISI marked, as per standard specifications, complete all as per specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of T-8, LED batten type body pre-wired with bipin holders,connector block complete with all accessories including 20 Watt (4 feet) retrofit LED tube with Polycorbonate body, full white and connecting up with pvc insulated and pvc sheathed twisted three core flexible copper wire of 0.5sqmm from ceiling rose to connector of fitting complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of old unserviceable LED T5 tube light fitting 20 watts with polycarbonate housing and polycarbonate diffuser with integrated electronic driver with all accessories including connecting up with pvc insulated and PVC sheathed twisted three core flexible copper wire of 0.5sqmm from ceiling rose to connector of fitting complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of old unserviceable LED mirror light fitting Integral slim LED batten Integral 9 / 10 watts of 2 feet long internally prewired complete with all accessories and including connecting up with PVC insulated and PVC sheathed twisted two core wire of suitable size complete all as specified.

Supply and fix in replacement of recessed mounted LED panel light 2'x2' size, 36 watts, full white / warm white as per site requirement with electronic driver in CRCA sheet steel body with polycarbonate diffuser suitable for POP / Amstrong / grid false ceiling complete with all fixing accessories including making electrical connection with PVC insulated and pvc sheathed twisted two core wire of suitable size complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of slim round / square recessed / surface mounting LED down light 15 W suitable size, with aluminium die-cast body, finish with drop down PC diffuser warm / full white with optimized heat sink for efficient dissipation including taking down existing unserviceable light fitting of any description complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of ventilating / PVC exhaust fans fancy square type 300 mm sweep with plastic fiber body heavy duty 230 Volt AC, single phase complete with plastic louvers and including making suitable size of holes in wall for fixing the fan & making good including making electrical connection with ceiling rose including taking down existing unserviceable ventilating fan of any description complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of LED street/security light fitting 25 watts with high efficiency long life LEDs with In-built electronic driver complete housed in pressure die-cast aluminium housing covered with polycarbonate cover with IP66 degree of protection including GI pipe bracket made up of 40 mm dia medium grade GI pipe of length 1.50m bent to required shape and fixing on walls with suitable MS clamps(02Nos) made up of 25mmx4mm MS flat, nuts, bolts and washers and provision of 3 core pvc insulated and pvc sheathed twisted three core flexible copper wire of 0.5sqmm from ceiling rose to connector of fitting complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of old unserviceable LED Flood light fitting 50 watt capacity with SMD LED pressure die-cast aluminium housing with reflector including making electrical connection with pvc insulated and PVC sheathed twisted three core wire of suitable size complete all as specified and directed. Note - Quoted rate deemed to include cost of installation of light fitting at any height including necessary T&P and safety equipments as required at site.

S & F in replacement of old unserviceable LED Highbay light fitting 100 watt capacity with PDC aluminium housing with reflector including making electrical connection from ceiling rose to light fitting complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of old unserviceable LED Post Top Lantern light fitting 18 watt capacity with tranparent diffuser and fixing arrangement on new GI Pipe medium grade of dia 40 mm duly grouted on wall/brick pillar with the help of cement mortar including making electrical connection with pvc insulated and pvc sheathed twisted three core wire of size 1.0 sqmm complete all as specified and directed at site.

Supply and fix in replacement of old unserviceable twin core of flexible wire of size 23/0.0076 with PVC medium grade pipe 20mm dia for connection of post top lantern fitting from one junction box to other junction box complete all as specified and directed at site.

Supply and fix in replacement PVC / DK Thermoplastic cable junction boxes IP 65 with metric knockouts for cable entry, weather proof suitable for outdoor installation for Gate light and Post top lantern, fixed on wall with screw & rawal plug and on GI Pipe wth suitable size MS clamp and Nut-bolts,washer of size 150x100x60 mm complete including one connector block three terminals and PVC cable gland 02 Nos for incoming and outgoing cables with provn of 01 nos single pole MCBs 10-32 amps inside the box including taking out/down existing unserviceable junction box of any description complete all as specified and directed at site. Note - Quoted rate deemed to include cost of MCB with connected accessories.

Supply and fix in replacement of power unit MCB protected plug and socket board in sheet steel enclosure with 25 Amp rated mini MCB and 25 Amp rated 3 pin plug, 240 V, 50 Hz complete including cutting the wall surfaces for flush mounting of socket board including taking down existing unserviceable plug & socket board of any description and making good with cement plaster, putty and paint to match with the existing surface complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of MCCB / MCB distribution board, Vertical TPN, 4 way, 415 V, 3 phase, AC with MCCB as incomer and MCBs as outgoing in sheet steel powder painted enclosure double door type with minimum IP 43 degree of protection with built in copper bus bar, neutral link and earth link complete including cutting the wall surfaces for flush mounting of DB and making good with cement plaster, putty and paint to match with the existing surface including taking down existing unserviceable MCB DB of any description complete all as specified and directed. Note: MCCB / MCBs shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply and fix in replacement of MCB distribution board, TPN, 4 way, 415 V, 3 phase, AC in sheet steel powder painted enclosure double door type with minimum IP 43 degree of protection with built in copper bus bar, neutral link and earth link complete including cutting the wall surfaces for flush mounting of DB and making good with cement plaster, putty and paint to match with the existing surface including taking down existing unserviceable MCB DB of any description complete all as specified and directed. Note: MCBs shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply, Installed & fix maintenance free earthing copper bonded steel earth rod of 10 feet long having diameter of 17.2mm with copper bonding thickness of 250 micron,UL listed,CPRI Tested at 25 KA fault current for one second and is provided with universal clamp made of SS earth enhancing compound shall be of 30kg/pit(resistivity is less than 0.12 Ohm meter) tested as per IEC 62561-7.The above arrangements shall be provided with heavy duty earth poly plastic pit cover of 6000 kg load bearing capacity (Size:270 x 240 x 200mm) and FRLS insulated copper conductor of size 6 sqmm, single core cable drawn through and including suitable dia of medium grade GI pipe upto 7 mtr incl cutting and chases on wall and floor complete all as specified and directed. Supply and fix in replacement of 3mm thick phenolic laminated hylam sheet of size 9" X 11" including necessary cutting, drilling holes for fixing of switches, sockets & fan regulators etc and fixing the hylam sheet on existing metal flush box with new brass/GI screws and washers complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of 3mm thick phenolic laminated hylam sheet of size 8" X 5" including necessary cutting and drilling holes for fixing of switches, sockets & fan regulators etc as per site requirement and fixing the hylam sheet on existing metal flush box with new brass/GI screws and washers complete all as specified and directed.

Labour only for attending day to day electric complaints of internal electrification and repairing in situ by skilled electrician along with a helper and rectifying the faults / replacing defective items (Switch, Socket, MCB, Tubelight, holder, capacitor, regulator, bell etc) complete all as specified and directed. Note: (a) The tradesmen should carry all Tools and safety equipments to carry out complaint. Any accident/mis-happening if occurs will be the sole responsibility of contractor. (b) The store used in rectifying the complaint will be measured under 'supply only' items on the same BOQ. (c) Trademen shall report the concerned JE at 0900 hrs on each working day at AGE E/M yard / complaint cell and complaint to be done within 24 hours otherwise penalty @ 55/day will be levied. Correctness of the same shall be solvely responsiblity of Engr-in-charge. (d) In case of non-availablity of the tradesmen / helper, necessary in-lieu arrangement to be made by the contractor.

S&F in replacement Exhaust fan Steel body AC single phase 230/240 Volt of size 300 mm sweep complete with louvers including making whole on wall to fix exhaust fan and grouting of nut bolts etc and making good the disturbed sufaces of wall all as specified and directed .

Supply fix and fabricate 18mm thick prelaminated Particle board, interior grade, with screws & hinges to timber/ wood/ welded to angle iron frame for meter box, coloured and patteren as approved including hinge, locking arrangement and stainless steel bright finish handle complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for angle iron work to fix on wall after cutting, chasing and welding and making good by PCC work to fix particle board of any size complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of single phase KWH meter with LCD display, class I, base mounting of rating 10-60 Amps, AC 240 Volt, 50 HZ, including mounting on wooden box of suitable size and making incoming and outgoing electric connection complete all as specified and directed. Note: Old unserviceable meter to be deposite in MES store.
