PERIODICAL SERVICES TO BUILDINGS IN INS CIRCARS, COMMAND SWIMMING POOL, ENC (O) MESS, NOI, SAILORS INSTITUTE,INHS KALYANI UNDER AGE B/R-II, GE (NB) VISAKHAPATNAM

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water and removing rubbish to outside MD land distance exc 1.5 km but n.exc 5.00 km complete all as specified and directed

M & L for rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 and finished the surfaces even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 5 mm thick in cement mortor 1:3 on concrete surfaces as in ceilings and finishing surfaces even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick in two coats (10mm+5mm each) on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4, mixed with integral water proofing compound with weight of cement in top layer as per manufacturer's instructions and finished the surface even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. (Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately against respective item).

Supply only integral water proofing compound (ISI marked) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new platered surface of wall and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer including applying one or more coat of wall care putty to a smooth surface including making good any undulations on the surfaces complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Painting work shall be carried out acoording to Smart Painting procedure mentioned in PS

All as per item no 6 here in before but on ceiling

M&L for preparation of new platered surface of wall and applying two coats of weather proof 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre, dart pick up resistant,silicon enhanced,UV resistant and PU enhanced property over a coat of alkali resistant primer including applying two coats of wall care putty exterior grade to a smooth surface including making good any undulations on the surfaces including all necessary scaffolding,complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Painting work shall be carried out acoording to Smart Painting procedure mentioned in PS

Material and labour for applying one coat of oil bound washable distemper to old decorated plastered (distempered) surfaces of wall including preparation of surface (by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke, soot, moulds, moss, efflorescent salts, trading oil and greasy spots) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer -in-Charge. Note :- (i) Painting work shall be carried out acoording to Smart Painting procedure mentioned in PS
