M & L for dismantling, taking down and disconnecting the electric supply by authorised dealer from existing Washing Machine panel and open up for examination of 60 Kg capacity by loosening the coupling, foundation nut, bolts & washers, Fan belt, tensioner pulley,Testing & Checking of Heating instruments, Spinner, Automatic timer kit, Temprature and level control, AC / DC wiring etc. & taking out for grease cleaning, Washing Machine with suitable instrument and reassembling the Washing Machine after replacement of defective/unserviceable parts viz bearing, Heating coil, coupling & foundation nuts, bolts, wasers etc. of existing Make, size and capacity including changing of minor parts & providing fresh grease / Oil, making the leak proof by fixing the suitable gaskit/washer etc. & including refixing and testing complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) Renewal of defective Minor parts as specified above in the description deemed to be included in the quoted rates. (ii) Defective existing heating rod of capacity 1.5 Kw/2.0 Kw shall be changed /replaced and the rate of heating rod deemed to be included in the quoted rates. (iii) Leakage from bottom/side or defective bearings/washers etc shall be changed /replaced and the rate of the same deemed to be included in the quoted rates. Make :- STEFAB or existing Make of Washing Machine as per Site.

M & L for dismantling, taking down Drying Tumbler and disconnecting the electric supply by authorised dealer from existing Drying Tumbler panel and open up for examination of Engineer-in-charge of 60 Kg capacity by loosening the coupling, foundation nut, bolts & washers, Fan belt, tensioner pulley,Testing & Checking of AC & DC wiring etc. & taking out for greaseing, cleaning the complete drying tumbler with suitable instrument and reassembling the drying tumbler after replacement of defective/unserviceable parts viz bearing, oil seal, coupling & foundation nuts, bolts, wasers etc. of existing Make, size and capacity including changing of minor parts like all defective heating elements & providing fresh grease, making the leak proof by fixing the suitable gaskit/washer etc. including refixing and testing on completion complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) Renewal of defective Minor parts as specified above in the description deemed to be include in the quoted rates. (ii) Defective existing heating rod of capacity 1.5 Kw/2.0 Kw shall be changed /replaced and the rate of heating rod deemed to be included in the quoted rates. Note :- (i) Renewal of defective parts such as washers, rubber belts, drain pipe, heating elements, hydrator spring etc shall be deemed to be including in the quoted rate. (ii) Leakage from bottom/side or defective bearings/washers etc shall be changed /replaced and the rate of the same deemed to be included in the quoted rates.

M & L for general servicing by authorised dealer, Flat Bed Press size 1500x750 Pneumaticlly operated, testing & repair moisture suction, auto time release head, Rocker arms, Air cylinder, Rocker arms ball bearing, Balancing springs, Centrifugal suction blower, time setting of pressing & stop, Digital timer & temprature etc. and including refixing and testing on completion complete all as specified and directed. Make :- STEFAB or existing Make of Flat Bed as per Site. Note :- (i) Renewal of defective Minor parts shall be deemed to be including in the quoted rate.
