Disconnection and removing broken / unserviceable PCC poles 11 mtr height & Supply and fix prestressed concrete poles complete all as specified of type 11 mtr long, 152 mm x 152 mm at top and 152 mm x 260 mm at bottom class 9 and positioning in true vertical position complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Excavation, earth work and PCC will be measured and paid separately

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 mix using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations , filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed

Disconnection and removing the unserviceable GOD horizontal / vertical of capacity 400 Amps ,11 KV from the Two / four pole/ six pole structure carefully and Supply and fix Gang Operated air break switch 400 Amps , 11 KV , triple pole, mounted on post insulator along with 25 mm light grade GI tubing operating from operating mechanism from ground level complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Cost of Jumper connections along with fixing material deemed to be inclusive in the quoted rate

Disconnection and removing the unserviceable 11 KV Disc type insulator from HT poles S&F Disc type insulator, porcelain, vitreous 145 mm hight and 255 mm dia ball and socket type, white,brown or green single disc assembly of 11000 volts. ISI Marked along with fixing material such as GI bolt,nut and washers etc complete all as specified and as directed

Disconnection and removing the unserviceable 11 KV Pin / Disc type insulators from HT poles complete all as specified and as directed

Disconnection and removing the unserviceable 11 KV Lighetening arrester carefully from the 2 / 4 / 6 Pole structure and Supply & fix lightining arrester suitable for 11000 Volts of discharge capacity 65 kilo Amps, 3 Phase including connecting of the same to the supply with necessary fixing materials such as nut bolt, washers etc complete all as specified and as directed

Disconnection and removing the unserviceable 11 KV Expulsion fuse single pole carefully from the 2 / 4 / 6 Pole structure and Supply & fixing Expulsion fuse single pole along with post insulators suitable for 11000 Volts, 50 Amps capacity including connecting of the same to the supply with necessary fixing materials such as Aluminium jumpers , Aluminium binding wire etc. complete all as specified and as directed

Disconnection and removing the unserviceable earth conductor and M&L for earth continuity conductor 20 mm x 4 mm galvanised iron strip buried in ground / fixed on wall / drawn in 40mm dia light grade GI pipe complete all as specified and as directed

Disconnection and removing the unserviceable earth conductor and M&L for earth continuity conductor 8 mm dia galvanised iron wire buried in ground / fixed on poles / drawn in 40 mm dia light grade GI pipe complete all as specified and as directed

Dismantling the earth chamber, Excavation and removing the unserviceable earthing materials along with unserviceable earth electrodes from the existing unserviceable earth pits situated and M&L for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in gropund earth pit not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level with the top edge of the earth nplate at a depth of not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level connected to GI earth strip 25 x 4 mm as earth lead by means of bolts nuts checks nuts and washers made out of GI and GI strip protected by 40 mm bore light grade GI pipe as ewell as 20 mm dia medium grade pipe 1.5 mtr fixed with funnel and wire mesh as specified and as connected all as shown in electrical plate no 3 of SSR part 1including necessary eartwork mand and excavatuion in any type of soil and PCC 1:2:4 type B1 in chamber and 40mm thick RCC 1:2:4 type B1 cover slab with 6 mm dia mild steel bars at 100 mm centre to centre both ways with 6 mm dia MS hooks complete all as directed . The GIearth strip and 40 mm dia bore light grade GI pipe upto 7.5 mtr deemed to be include in in the rate quoted by the contractor beyon d7.5 mtr GI strip dia and GI tubing light grade 40 mm dia shall be measure and paid separately under the respective items . ( Note1 :- Earth continuity conductor and GI protection pipe beyond 7.5 mtr shall be measured and paid under the respective items ). Note 2:- Qoted rate deemed to include the cost or excavation and earth work PCC Chamber, funnel cover slab etc.

Dismantling the earth chamber, Excavation and removing the unserviceable earthing materials along with u/s earth electrodes from the existing u/s earth pits pertains to installations / buildings and M&L for providing earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6.3 mm thick burried directly in ground vertically to depth of not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level connected to GI earth wire of 4mm by means of bolts, nuts, washers of GI and provision of earth lead, GI protection pipe with 15mm light grade galvanized including necessary earth work in any type of soil, PCC 1:3:6 type CI (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) earth chamber and 1:2:4 type B1 RCC cover fitted with50mm thick with 6mm dia MS bars complete all as shown in SSR Pt - 1 electrical plate No 3. Note :- Quoted rate deemed to include the cost or excavation and earth work PCC Chamber, funnel cover slabs etc.

Supply & fix lightining arrester suitable for 11000 Volts of discharge,line discharge 10 KA and max peak capacity 30 kilo Amps, 3 Phase including connecting of the same to the supply with necessary fixing materials such as nut bolt, washers etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for earth continuity conductor 4 mm dia galvanised iron wire buried in ground / fixed on poles / drawn in 20 mm dia light grade GI pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix GI Steel tubing light grade of 15 mm dia along with fittings in trenches / wall for cable protection complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix s GI Steel tubing light grade of 40 mm dia along with fittings in trenches / wall for cable protection etc complete all as specified and as directed.
