Supply and fix single pointed air termination copper rod 12 mm dia 300 mm long all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for Test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze size 75x75x25mm drilled and screwed including 3 nos. 8mm dia 25mm long hexoagonal head screw complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix aluminium strip 25x3mm including saddle and fixed with screws for roof conductors and down conductors above ground level complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix galvanised iron strip 32x6mm including saddle and fixed with screws from test terminal block to earth pit complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix copper strip 20x3mm including saddle and fixed with screws from test terminal block to earth pit complete all as specified and as directed.

Earthing complete with Galvanized steel earth plate electrode of size 600mmX600mm, 6.00 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 metres below the normal ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5m below normal GL and connected to galvanized earth Lead earth wire 4mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron steel protected by GI pipe 15m bore light grade and watering pipe 20mm bore GI pipe medium grade all as shown in Electrical Plate No.3 connecting to earthing test point, including necessary earth work in any type of soil, PCC earth chamber made in PCC 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20mm graded aggregate), common salt, charcoal, CI funnel, earth pit cover in RCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded aggregates), with 8mm CTD bars @ 100mm c/c in both ways, including necessary form work complete including necessry test on completion all as specified and as directed. Note : (i) The unit rate shall also include for excavation, earth work in hard/dense soil PCC (1:3:6) type C1 pit, RCC cover slab, GI funnel with 20 mm dia watering pipe, wire mesh, 40mm dia light grade GI protection pipe for earth lead etc., complete. (ii) The quoted rate shall be inclusive of cost of protection pipe and earth lead up to 7.5 meter from earth electrode to test point. earth lead beyond 7.5 M shall be measured and paid separately.

Material & labour for chemical earthing with copper earth plate electrode of size 900mm x 600mm x 5 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically at a depth not less than 2.25 metre below normal ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 mtr metre below normal ground level, earth plate surrounded from all sides by 4 feet of charcoal dust and common salt and 2 feet thick Magnesium Sulphate filling in alternate layers and electrode connections by using copper strip of 50 x 6 mm as earthing lead (upto the test point) by means of bolts, nuts and protected by light grade 80mm bore and GI pipe medium grade 20mm bore for watering and including funnel , wire mesh , RCC pit cover and PCC chamber pit with PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate, including excavation and earth work in any type of soil , returning , filling in approved soil and disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m all as specified and shown in electrical plate No.3 of SSR part 1(Part-I) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Supply and Fix High density polyethylene pipes (HDPE) of pressure rating 6 kgf/cm2 laid in trenches 50 mm bore including all fitting and accessories complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for unreinforced complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Plain cement concrete 1:3:6, type C1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in coping, benching,haunching including necessary form work staight or curved and finishing the exposed surface even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for cutting the existing bituminous road / cement concrete surface to the required width and depth for laying pipe lines and making good the disturbed area to match with existing level of road complete all as specified. NOTE: Plain cement concrete for making good shall be measured and paid separately.

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 meter in depth and getting out excavated earth, forming bottom surfaces to required level complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling, including spreading leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick in soil all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exc 50m and deposited where as directed at a level not exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Fixing only bollard light up to 10 Watt fitting,energy saving,environmental friendly IP65 designed aluminium land scape lumina for diffused lighting with high power LED as light sources with all accessories with cable inlet and outlet pipe omplete all as specified and as directed by Engr- in- Charge. NOTE: (i) Bollard light will be provided by the department at site. (ii) Earth work excavation, PCC foundation and coping shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items.

Fixing only LED Flood light luminaries 120 watt 230 volt energy saving environmental friendly, long life exclusive of innovative die-cast aluminium IP 66 flood light, suitable for high lighting architechural facade including suitable fixing with the existing pole/building complete all as specified and as directed by Engr- in- Charge. NOTE: LED Flood light fitting will be provided by the department at site.

Fixing only Street light fitting pressure die cast aluminium housing with heat resistant toughened glass and IP 66 potection of 45 Watt 230 V LED street light fitting complete with LED lights, inbult electronic driver, minimum 4.5KV surge protection with clear acrylic cover accessories prewired and fixing accessories ie nut,bolt washers for fixing with the existing pole/wall complete all as specified and as directed by Engr- in- Charge. NOTE: Street light fitting will be provided by the department at site.

Supply and fix Post top light LED 72W tri colour Miller column pole 3mtr height above the ground level having 165mm dia pole upto 1mtr height made of mild steel with cast iron establishment Complete all as specified and as directed by Engr- in- Charge. Make: Cat No: CLLC-CPL-72 of CELLS or equivalent in Havells/Wipro/Philips/Crompton Greaves.

Supply and Fix Urban straight Line LED post top luminaire 60 Watt complete all as specified and as directed by Engr- in- Charge. Make : Cat No CLLC-PT-60 of CELLS or equivalent in Havells/Wipro/Philips/Crompton Greaves.

Supply and fixing polycarbonate street light junction boxes IP 66/67 weather proof (white colour) suitable for outdoor installation having minimum size 225mm x 295mm x 122mm including suitable cable connecting Terminals, cable lugs with and mounting for MCB SP 6 Amps for operating the streetlight fittings, Suitable Cable Glands as per site requirement, all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Make: Cat Part No KF 3500 B of Make Hensel or equivalent in Sintex.

Supply and fix MCB single pole, 6 to 32 Amp 240 volt C curve 10 KA complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, fabricating, fixing structural mild steel sections such as channel, angle iron, flat iron and brackets etc for fabrications of cross arms, bracings, supports, D-clamps, stiffeners, eye hooks, bolts, pole clamps and back plates including nuts, bolts and washers, welding banding cold , or hot drilling holes for insulators bolts in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one red oxide primer coat ,one under coat and one finishing coat of aluminium paint complete complete all as specified and as directed.
