Item No.6:- Acrylic Board: - Providing and laying in position Acrylic Board of size 0.9m x 1.3 m consisting of “Rajmudra Symbol”, “Satyamev jayate, Maharashtra Shasan & “Jalsanpada Vibhag”, including structural support, Hilti Anchor strud, in stainless steel 304 grade fabrication, etc. complete.

Item No.7:- Planter stand: - Providing & laying decorative plants (indoor plants), Planter stand, flower pot & are made of wrought iron material (with plastic pot or liner) having size (size pot dia- 20 cm x H-70 cm tall), with safe and environment-friendly high-temperature paint, rustproof and durable. Metal iron plant stand, with smooth and curved corners, protective the floor from damage. The stand can be used indoor/outdoors. It should be Perfect decor for the offices. The elevated indoor potted plant stand should make watering easier and give the plant a better space to grow.

Item No.8:- Providing,laying and fixing tensile fabric material over fabricated structure with proper stiching. The material having high tenacity polyster with tensile strength around 32kg/sq.cm and more. Thickness of material with 950 micron and more along with heat transfer coefficient of 6.4w/sq.m/'C.

Item No.9:- Visual survey: - Distress mapping, preparation of drawings & marking of each observation including NDT points on site drawing.

Item No.10:- Rebound Hammer Test & Report Rebound Hammer test: - Preparing the surface of RCC structural members such as beams, columns, slabs etc. by chipping the plaster surface/finish finishing /cladding to expose the concrete, smoothening the area using carborundum stone all in terms of relevant IS code & conducting rebound hammer test all as per IS 13311-1992(part-2) or as directed by consultant including analysis. of the test result. & preparation of report with observation & recommendations for remedial measures if any.

Item No.11:- Nondestructive ultra-sonic Conc. Test UPV (Ultra sonic pulse velocity) Test: - Preparing the surface of RCC structural members such as beams, columns, slab etc. by chipping the plaster surface/finishing/cladding to exposed the concrete, smoothening the area using Carborundum stone all in terms of relevant IS code: - Conducting UPV test as per IS-13311 -1992(Part-1) or as directed by consultant including analysis of the test result, preparation of separate report for each tower with observations & recommendation of remedial measures if any.

Item No.12:- Half-cell P/M test on concrete for corrosion Half Cell Potential Test for Corrosion mapping, preparing the structural members as directed to expose the reinforcement steel, cleaning the area with blower/wire brush and carrying out half-cell potentiometer test for measuring the level of corrosion of reinforcement steel in the RCC member including analysis of the test result & preparation of separate report for each tower with observations and recommendations for remedial measures if any.

Item No.13:- Carbonation test on conc. for Ph of conc Carbonation Depth Test: Preparing the surface of RCC structural members such as beams, columns, slabs, water tank walls & slab etc. by chipping the plastered surface/finishing /cladding to expose the concrete, cutting etc. as per relevant code and conducting carbonation test at various depth as directed by consultant using phenolphthalein of specified concentration to assess depth of carbonation including analysis if the test result & preparation of separate report of each tower with observation & recommendations for remedial measures if any.

Item No.14:- Carrying out in situ concrete core cutting, including rebar survey, preparing and capping core in laboratory, conducting UCS test in CTM machine and providing interpretation thereafter, etc., complete, as directed by Engineer in-charge. & refilling the core with high strength material.

Item No.15:- Providing report from Structural Engineer. Report making: - Consultancy charges for preparation of structural audit report which includes a. Findings from detailed visual inspection b. Non-destructive test results c. Suggested remedial measures all based on visual inspection, NDT, assessment
