Dismantling of post or strut embedded in concrete (wood, steel or RCC), any section including taking out embedded portion and making good the disturbed ground complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of expanded metal any thickness or mesh fixed steel or wood fillets if any, weight not exc. 4.00 Kg per Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing plain cement concrete, type B-2, 1:2:4 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

S & F of mild steel work in hand rail, half round or other stock section or core for fixing of wooden hand rails, bluster, running bars, nosing of steps, wind ties, post and struts for fencing, flat iron fillets and the like including necessary cutting, drilling holes, notching etc. as required conforming to Fe-290 Grade E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

S & F of mild steel screw bolt (machine made) with hexagonal or square head at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, length of bolt not exc. 5 cm and diameter of the neck of bolt exc. 5 cm but not exc. 10 cm complete all as specified and directed.

S & F of expended metal cut to length, bent to shape required and tying with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or fixing with galvanised steel staples and fixed to wood or steel members, weight per Sqm not exc. 4 Kg complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully aluminium / copper point wiring (light point, fan point, socket outlet point or power point) any type (batten, casing-N-caping, surface conduit or concealed conduit) complete with and including fittings and fixtures such as switches, ceiling rose, pendent, lamp holder, regulator, switch, socket outlet, shade conical etc. and making good disturbed surfaces of walls etc. as per existing finishes by plastering, repairs and distemper / white wash / colour wash etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully old unserviceable sub main wiring any type and description and making good disturbed surfaces of wall, roof, floor etc. as per existing finishes complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully old unserviceable main switch and distribution board any type and description and making good disturbed surfaces of wall, roof, floor etc. as per existing finishes complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully existing electic meters, keep the same in same custody and re-fixing the same at its original position complete all as specified and directed.

S & F of 1100 volts grade heavy duty 6.00 Sqmm size two single core PVC insulated (FRLS) copper multi-stranded conductor cable as in sub main wiring, drawn into & including PVC conduit medium grade not less than 20 mm dia including its all accessories & fittings, fixed concealed with and including chase cutting and making good the same as per existing specifications along with a continuous run of 4.00 Sqmm size stranded copper conductor PVC insulated (FRLS) (green colour) cable as earth wire complete all as specified and directed.
