Finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade: Old work ( one or more coats applied @ 0.83 ltr/10 sqm) after thorough cleaning, brushing and water jetting, up to the highet 15 metre above ground level, cost and conveyance of all materials, labour charges, staging, scaffolding and other sundries and as directed by Engineer in charge

Wall painting with acrylic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade: Two or more coats after cleaning the surface, applying putty wherever required.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to an give even shade, removal of dust, rust One or more coats on old work at all hieghts up to a highet of 15 metre above ground level.

Painting the pavement block tile with approved quality and brand tile guard paint one or more coat after thorough cleaning by wire brushing and water jetting

Providing and fixing approved quality poly carbonate sheet 2 mm thick or nearest available higher thick including removing the damaged sheet on roof with necessary bolts, nuts, aluminium beading 50mm wide and sealing the joints with all weather silicon sealent and other sundries and as directed by the Engineer in charge

Fabricating and fixing structural steel work with M.S angle, flats, rods, pipes etc. for brackets,gutter clamps, supports, beam, erecting in position, cutting, welding, bolting, fixing on concrete beams, column, roof works at all heights up to 20 metre above ground level and painting with a coat of enamel over a coat of primer, all as per the drawing and direction of Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing stainless steel (304 grade) chains of required size on roof gutter for slow soft flow of water from gutter. The chain to be fixed on a M.S ring which is fixed to the outlet on gutter, with necessary support, bolts, other fixtures, fittings as per drawing and as directed by Engineer in charge.

Cleaning the roof gutter at all heights up to 15 metre above Ground level, removal of all dust, vegitation including fixing the gutter properly to the clamp wherever it is loose and detached with necessary bolts, nuts, fixtures, fittings, welding etc and painting the clmaps with a coat of epoxy paint complete and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Repair and maintence of Aluminium doors, windows, replacing damaged fixtures, fittings, locks, locking arrangements, beading, fixing on walls properly with necessary bolts etc. and as per the direction of Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket aluminium snap beadings etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer - in -Charge. With float glass panes of 4.0 mm thickness

Supplying and fixing stainless steel (304 grade) letter of size 25X5X4 cm fixed on powder coated steel sheet of size 35 cm x 2mm thick and required length and shape as per drawing fixing name board at height nearly 15 metre above ground level with necessary bolts, nuts, steel work,all staging work and other sundries and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Supplying and fixing roof gutter clamps of required size and shape, using 3mm or nearest higher thick, 304 grade stainless steel 30mm width flats, at highets up to 15 metre from ground level, welding to the roof structure work, without causing any damage to the gutter roof, sheating and steel works, all as per the drawing and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Painting the ceiling with one coat of cement primer after cleaning the surface (old surface)
