Supply, install, connect, test and commissioning of three phase out door type, copper wound vector group DYN 11, platform /plinth mounted 200 KVA, distribution transformers, BEE 5star rated, step down, oil cooled, (Energy efficiency level 3), prime grade core, copper double wound with standered fittings, HT 11 KV/0.433 KV, 3 phase four wire 50 HZ, off load tap changing on (+) 2.5% to (-) 5% of HV in steps of 2.5% at HT side by hand operated, vary secondary voltage within limit complete all as per IS 1180, Part-I, 2014. HT & LT side with terminal boxes. The maximum temperature rise not exceeding 35 Deg centigrade in Oil measured by thermometer and 40 Deg centigrade in HV/LV winding when measured by the resistance method after continuous full load run in ambient temperature of 50 Deg. complete all as specicifed and as directed. The following capacities & standard fittings & accessories as under. Note:- (i) PCC foundation will be measured and paid separately. (ii) Earthing terminals with earthing symbol (2 Nos) for fixing the 32X6 mm GI strip on transformer body. (iii) Coservator tank with oil level gauge glass, oil filling hole, with plug & drain plug. (iv) Transformer drain valve. (v) Bi directional plain roller. (vi) Explosion vent with diaphragm. (vii) Thermometer pocket. (viii) Air vent plug. (ix) Silica gel breather. (x) Rating & diagram plate inspection cover terminal making plate. (xi) Cooling radiator. (xii) LV neutral bushing brought out for external earthing . (xiii) First fill of EHV grade transformer oil. (xiv) With initial oil filling (oil shall confirm to IS-335. (xv) Lifting lugs for the transformer.

Supply and install HT 11 KV outdoor type gang operated air break switch suitable for horizontal or vertical mounting with drop out fuse having 12 insulators of rating upto 400 Amps complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing Metal oxide (Gap Glass type) heavy duty single pole lightening arrestor as per IEC Standard 99.4 (Class II) HT 11 KV 65 KAP discharge capacity distribution class complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for earthing galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600X600X6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level) connected to GI strip 32X6 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts, and washers, of galvanised iron or steel and protected by galvanised iron pipe light grade 40mm dia from earth plate, GI funnel and wire mesh etc complete all as shown in Electrical plate no 3 of SSR 2009 (part- I) including necessary excavation earth work, form work, earth pit of size 450X450X300 mm of PCC M-15 (Nominal mix) using stone aggregate earth pit cover of PCC and 20 mm bore light grade GI pipe for watering and charcoal dust, common salt, and connected to test point 7.5 mtr from earth pit including testing complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying HT XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded galvanised steel strip wire armoured electric power cable (heavy duty) with standard aluminium conductor 11000 volts grade of size 3 core 95 sqmm, suitable for earthing system complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F cable jointing out kit for 11 KV grade cable for outdoor termination, cold shrink type joint complete with jointing materials and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 95 sum complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying LT XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded galvanized steel strip or wire armored electric power cable (heavy duty) 1100 volts grade with standard aluminum conductor complete all as specified and as directed for the following sizes:-

(a) 3.5 core 240 Sqmm

(b) 3.5 core 70 Sqmm

(c) 3.5 core 50 Sqmm

M&L for cable gland for suitable LT 1100 Volt 240 sqmm 3.5 core all as specified and as directed.

Supply and lay GI pipe light grade of size 100mm dia, laid in trenches / fixed to walls complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Automatic Power Factor Correction (APFC) Panel 5 step for 3 Phase, 415 V & 50 Hz and system of capacity 50 KVAR with APFC relay(IPFC CS 1001) 1 CT, incoming MCCB of capacity 100 A, suitable contactors, MCB SP, MCB TPN, Indicators for RYB, bank ON/OFF, system internal wiring, capacitors (1x2KVAR,1X3 KVAR,1X5 KVAR,1X10 KVAR.2X15 KVAR) powder coated panel CPRI approved, IP 54 protection dust and vermin proof complete all as directed by Engineer in charge

M&L for brick work with old size sub-class ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6.00 metre mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified.

M&L for 100mm thick, plain cement concrete 1:3:6, type C2, using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base of floors complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 40mm thick, PCC 1:2:4, type B-1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate including finishing the top surface even and smooth, without using extra cement as in flooring complete all as specified and as directed .

Supply only Chain Link galvanised fencing any size & type all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:3:6, type C2, using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation of poles and fillings complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel and iron surface of any description over 10cm in width or girth and applying 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed

Excavation in post holes each not exceeding 0.5 Cum, getting out, returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with around earth in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick, watering and removing surplus spoil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and making good surface all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Mild steel work of E-165Gde [Fe -290] as in angle iron fencing posts, steel gate including cutting, tops to shape as directed, bent to shape, drilling holes, notching for wire etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Mild steel screw bolts 8mm (machine made), not exceeding 5cm long with hexagonal or square heads at one end screwed the other, screwed both end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Mild Steel round bars Fe-290,E-165,10 mm dia and over cut to length bent to Shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed (Weight of binding wire clip shall not be considered for measurement and payment purpose).

M&L for moorum/red bajri fillings in floors or pavings laid in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick including spreading, levelling, watering and compacting complete all as specified and directed

Excavating in trenches not exceeding 1.5 meter wide and not exceeding 1.5 meter in depth for foundation for erection of poles, stays, laying cables, stays etc and getting out in hard/dense soil and in road cutting all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm in hard/dense soil all as specified and directed

Removing excavated material/surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 meters and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 meter above starting point all as specified and directed

M&L for sand filling around the cable with approved quality clean dry river sand unwashed for sand cushioning of Under ground cable including spreading, levelling, watering & punning down to desired thickness complete all as specified and directed Note: Punned thickness only will be considered or payment

Supply and laying in trenches burnt clay bricks, sub class 'B' (Designation 75) of old size for cable protection over the cables complete all as specified and as directed

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HV, Type-I, Flat, size 300mm X 180mm X 40mm for cable protection complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying 50mm bore GI pipe, light grade with all fittings fixed to walls/poles or laid in trenches for cable protection complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fillings stone aggregates of gauge 40 mm to 50 mm in floors laid in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick spread levelled and rammed including watering complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in cement morter 1:4 on fair face of stone /brick wall surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of wall surface and applying two coats of cement paint over a priming coat with alkali resistant priming paint complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying 150mm DI pipe including drilling of lateral bore 200 mm dia at 1.5 M below road surface for insertion of 150 mm dia pipe line by trench less technology using ultra sound technique including necessary equipment and machinery complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for expulsion fuse unit 11 KV, dropout, mounted on insulator, upto 25 Amps capacity all as specified and as directed.
