Demolition of brick work/stone boulder masonry, built in CM incl all quoins, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facing, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description and thickness on brick or stone walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or RCC) any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good distrurbed ground (posts embedded in concrete), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L mild steel work as in posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in surface channel and drains, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing new steel surfaces exceeding 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:4:8 type D-2, using 40 mm graded stone aggregate, as in foundation, filling, mass concreting etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Providing cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, including necessary form work etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L brick work with pulverized fuel Ash-lime bricks (old size fly ash bricks), straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius, built in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L walling of random rubble, uncoursed well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in Cement Mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L walling of random rubble (Except stone), uncoursed well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in Cement Mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed. (Serviceable Stones obtained from demolition shall be reused under this item.)

Extra over stone walling for hammer dressing to face stones and dressing of face beds and joints, as specified, of random rubble walling, uncoursed or brought upto courses, with maximum depression on face from straight edge held against the dressed surface not exceeding 40 mm; to block in course masonry (Lime or sand stone), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick/concrete surfaces in CM 1:6 finishing surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering on other than fair faces of brick surfaces or stone masonry surfaces in CM 1:6 finishing surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for galvanised, 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia, barbed with 2.00 mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rail, straining bolts, incl securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanised MS wire, staples or steel pins etc, fixed in repairs, complete all as specified and directed. (each line wire to be measured).

Formwork (rough finished surfaces) to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landing and similar works, not exc 200 mm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Formwork to edges of concrete flats, treads, breaks in floors, window cills, concrete railings, openings in concrete walls, floor and roofs n exc 20 cm wide and sides of RCC/PCC bands in walls, horizontal or sloping and similar work exc 10cm but n exc 20cm wide for fair finished surfaces, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate, as in slabs supported on walls, beams, columns etc, roofs, landings, deck slabs, shelves etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L mild steel TMT bars, 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for column, hooking ends and binding with and incl MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparing newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement based paint over a coat of primer, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L providing precast concrete (1:2:4 type B-0, using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) louvers or jallies, 25 mm thick (measured solid), including all mouldings but excluding frame, set in Cement Mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 450 mm bore Reinforced concrete pipes, class NP2, laid and jointed complete with collars, fixed in repairs, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing surfaces of wood and wood based materials, steel and iron work new or old, like ends of posts, backs of chowkhats etc area exc 0.10 Sqm and n.exc. 0.50 Sqm and treating with tar or coal tar black paint, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Providing precast cement concrete in window or door cills, lintels, bressumers, steps, quoin blocks (for use with masonry), string courses, copings, kneelers, apex stones, pier caps, columns, posts, boundary pillars, bed plates, pintle blocks, anchorage blocks, bonders (for stone walling), corbels, brackets, etc. (of any section indicated), with plain fair faces, including chamfers, weatherings, throat- ing etc. and setting in mortar complete with joints to match, complete all as specified and directed.
