Erection Part HT

Erection of Steel tubular pole 11 mtr. Long Double pole structure ( Dead end) :-Digging of pit, filling of pits & ramming, cutting, fabrication and Drilling of holes in X-arm cross bracing, fixing of X-arm, String/pin insulator & Cross bracing etc, fixing of barbed wire danger plate etc, painting of steel cross arms etc, erection of Steel tubular pole with muffing, painting of poles, concerting of muff complete in all respect.

Erection of Earthing set of 33 KV line: - Digging of pit, fixing of rod, clamp, earth wire and connecting to the structrure, filling of pit with material and earth complete in all respect.

Erection of HT stay set of 33 KV line: - Digging of pit, fixing of stay rod with plate etc., filling of the pit, nuzzling of stay rod, and its tightening complete in all respect.

Re-sagging of AAAC/ACSR 100 mm, (3 wire) of HT Line:-Stringing and sagging, binding with insulator, making jumpers on dead poles etc. complete in all respect.(Rate to be quoted per KM per wire)

Re-sagging of 1.00 Km. Single G.I. Wire :- Stringing and sagging, binding with insulator, making jumpers on dead poles etc. complete in all respect.(Rate to be quoted per KM per wire)

Fixing of jumpers for 33 KV line

Mannual carriage for HT Line material for an average lead of 1.000 Km. from road head to site of work i.e . 0.480 (length/Qty) x 0.500 (lead)= 0.240 KM (Avg. lead of material).( Rate to be quoted for 1 Km lead )
