Daily cleaning the toilets, bath rooms, urinals, wash basins etc. and all other fittings using necessary cleaning tools and chemicals viz., soap water solution, disinfectant toilet cleaners, phenyl, naphthalene balls, bleaching powder etc. So as to maintain clean and hygienic. Daily sweeping outside area surrounding the toilet blocks including removal of rank vegetation / wild grass in the ground around the toilet blocks as well as above the roof / sunshades. Removing the dust & cob webs from the ceiling, doors, windows, light fittings etc. Periodically using suitable tools and climbing arrangements. Wiping the glasses and other fixtures viz., doors, windows, ventilators, etc. with wet cloth. Maintaining the open drains, drainage / sewer lines and inspection chambers including removal of blockages in the inspection chambers of the public toilet. Maintaining the water supply storage and distribution arrangements at all the above mentioned toilet blocks including cleaning and sanitary fittings provided in the toilet. Operation and maintenance of water pump provided for pumping water to Traffic Office Building and all other incidental charges etc. complete for the satisfaction of the department. The Contractor has to deploy 6Nos of labour and One supervisor(5 Nos in general shift and one in second shift and a supervisor- total 7Nos

Upkeeping the Cruize Passenger Lounge by sweeping the floors, water washing, cleaning the window glass, partition wall glass, granite clading removing the cow-web inside the wharf area including cleaning the toilets, bath rooms, urinals and all other fittings daily so as to maintain the whole cruise lounge and toilets in neat and clean including removal of blockages in the sewerline connected to the soak pit including cost & conveyance all materials, labour with all statutory requirements as notified by statutory authorities, T&P, cleaning materials and consumables like bleaching powder, phenoyl, liquid soap, broom, buckets, mug and all other incidental charges etc. complete for the satisfaction of the dept. Maintaining the flower pots by watering the plants, scrapping and removing waste materials from the top surface of flooring, including all other incidental charges etc., complete to satisfaction of the department. Deploying 3labour per day on week days and one labour on Sunday.
