Earth work excavation for foundation in all clauses of soils and sub soils to full depth as may be directed except in hard rock requiring blasting but inclusive of shoring strutting and boiling out water whenever necessary et complete complying with standard specification

Supplying and filling in basement with filling M.sand in layer of not more than 15 cm thick well rammed etc., complete.

Refilling with excavated earth other than sand including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site etc complete.,

Cement concrete 1:4:8 mix ( one cement four sand and eight aggregate)using 40mm gauge hand broken granite tone jelly for foundation including dewatering if found ecessary and laid in layers of not more than 15 cm thick and compacted,etc., complete complying with standard specfication

Brick work in cm 1:5 mix(one cement and five sand )using country bricks ground maded of size 23 x 11 x 7 cm including curing,finishing and cost & Conveyance of all materials etc., complete.

Supplying fabricating and placing in position of ribbed steel rods for reinforcement to all RCC works as per the design given including cost of steel and binding wire also in all floors etc., complete

Supplying and erecting , centering shuttering includung conveyance of all materials to worksite and all charges etc complete

Reinforced cement cocrte in 1: 11/2:3 mix using 20mm metal including cost and conveyance of materials to worksote etc complete.

Plastering surfaces of RCC items such as slabs,beams,sunshades with cement mortar 1:3 -10mm thick including packing, providing cement mortar beading for sunshades staircase ,steps, lands slabs etc.,as directed by departmental officers etc, complete complying with standard specifications.

Plastering with cm 1:5 mix( one cement and five sand ) to 12 mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials in all floors etc.,as directed by departmental officers etc, complete complying with standard specifications.

Plastering 1:4 mix (onecement and five sand) 20mm thick including cost of labour charges etc., completeas directed by departmental officers etc, complete complying with standard specifications..

Providing pressed tiles of size 20x20x2cm in cement mortor 1:3 including cost and conveyance of materials to work site etc complete.

Providing Granolythic floor finish in cement concrete 1:2:4 mix using 10-12 mm ISS metal to 25mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc.,

Towards supply of steel door of size 0.75 x 1.80 m etc complete

Towards supply of Rolling shutter of size 1.80m x 2.10mx2=7.56M2

Towards supply of Steel windows of size 0.90 x 1.30m

Towards supply of Steel windows of size 0.75 x 0.90m

Towards supply of Ventilators of size 0.90 x 0.60 m

Towards labour charges for fixing of steel Doors & windows in correct position.

Painting two coats with enamel paint including cost and conveyance

Painting two coats with ready mixed Distembering paint of approved qualityand colour over a priming coat, including through scrapping,clean removel of dirt etc complete .

Painting two coats with ready mixed Exterior Emulsion paint of approved qualityand colour over a priming coat, including through scrapping,clean removel of dirt etc complete .

Paving the floor with plain/design ceramic tiles (colour and shade as directed) of size 200 mm x 200mmx6mm in all floors over a base layer of cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three sand ) 20mm thick laid in-situ and pointed with same coloured cement as directed by the departmental officers.etc.

Dadooing of walls with colour glazed tiles of size 300x200x6 mm of best quality and colour lSet in cement mortar 1:2 (one cement ,two sand) over 10 mm base layer plastering and pointing with white cement neatly as directed.

Europeon Water Closet with all fittings and 10lit capacity flusing tank

Supply and Fixing of Cudappah slab including cost and all labour chrges etc.
