Overhauling

Dismantling the faulty Transformer for joint inspection at authorised workshop premises including all activities such as opening of top cover,de-tanking of core and winding ,seperation of HV/LV coils, conduction preliminary test required for assessment of repair work to be undertaken,dismantling core etc.in the presence of WBPHED authorised representative.

Labour charges for core fixing of PTR failed in No load test for restaggering and stacking of iron Lamination with refixing complete.

Redesigning of 2 winding Power Transformer from existing extended layer type winding (HV & LV) to conventional disc winding (HV & LV) with necessary external vetting from educational institute of repute. a) 33 KV class and below.

Providing new winding in place of damaged winding including cost of copper strip conductor,labour,drying etc, (Both HV & LV of disc type winding pattern with TPC paper covering etc),after deducting salvage value of copper obtained from previous HV & LV extended layer winding @ 785/- per kg

Insulation required for the whole winding assembly including placement of Socks, Strips, ducting/Dove tale making bakalight pipe etc.

Labour charges for rewinding and reinsulation of New copper conductor of PTR with TPC with refixing on newly staggered core assembly complete with necessary brazing charges.

Labour charge for fixing of whole core assembly upon the newly rewinded coil with placement of hot oven.

Labour charges for insertion of whole core-winding assambly in tank with boxing,tightening,Gasket assembly complete with replacement of all damaged 33 KV bushing at HV & LV side.

Testing of Repaired Transformer at authorized workshop for conducting rutine test as per IS-325.

Supply of New Transformer Oil as per IS-335.
