Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Fe-500D CRS TMT bars 10mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape required incl cranking bending spirally for hoping & stirrups for col, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) n less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete.

M&L Fe - 500D CRS TMT bars 5mm dia and over up to 10mm as in stirrups cut to length bent to shape required incl cranking bending spirally for hoping & stirrups for col, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) n less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete.

M&L for preparation of new or previousaly un-treated steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm in width or girth not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for chainlink fencing 100 mm x 100 mm mesh or cages with 4 mm dia mild steel galvbanized lapped straining and binding with MS FI & Bolt or welding all as specified.

S&F Galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails strain- ing bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured complete all as specified and directed.

S&F concertina coil 610 mm dia punched barbed wire tape (SRPBT) aluminium base helix coil including necessary GI fixing clip with additional primer treatment epoxy/ polyurethane & final paint top coat of Caulified green shade by Hot dipping process complete all as specified and as directed. (i) Weight of each coil : 8.00 to 8.50 Kg (ii) Coverage per Coil :-6.00 to 6.25 Rm. (Note : Running length of the wall shall be measured for payment purpose).

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick on external plaster on boundary wall with CM (1:4) in one layers mixed with intergal water proofing compound and finished even and smooth without using extra cement extenal surface of wall , complete all as specified and as directed. (WPC shall be measured and paid seperetely under respective items.)

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on faces of concrete or brickwork with CM (1:4) as backing coat for fixing of granite or tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 20mm thick Granite (of any type) tiles machine cut, in skirting/dado laid over cement screed and jointed with grey cement slurry, and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing complete.

Chequred cement concrete tiles 20 x 20 cm x25mm thick set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry including 15mm thick screed bed 1:6 as in floor/path all as specified and directed.

Stone kerb of roughly squarred stones of size 20cmX30cm dressed so that the maxium depression from a straight edge held against the dressed surface shall not exceed 6mm for top and exposed surface of sides and 20mm for the rest of surfaces jointed in cement mortar 1:6 and struck flush, complete all as specified and as directed.

75 MM thick PCC 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40mm graded stone agg) as in sub base, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Steel tubler swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate finial taper plug, bolts, nuts and screws,with two holes for drawing conductor between pole box to street light fitting all as specified type 410 SP-31 of height 9M including painting with two coats of aluminium paint over one coat of primer including Zebra marking with synthetic enamel paint and applying black bituminious paint to the buried surfaces in ground. NOTE: Earth work,PCC will be measured and paid separtely under relevent item of this Schedule.

M & L PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 (using 40 mm graded broken stone aggregate) as in foundation of street light pole complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix MS Bracket made of 40 mm dia MS pipe medium grade 1.5mtr long suitable for street light on steel pole as per site requirement including suitable nut,bolt and clamps complete accesseries all as specified and directed .

Supply and fix LED street light 70 W IP 66 made up of pressure die cast aluminum housing with toughened glass and high power LED and secondry lenses with system efficacy 100 LM/W including all fittings all as specified and as directed. Make: Cromption/Havells/Bajaj. Note: Following specifications to be incorporated:- (a) Driver shall be potted, anti vibration type. (b) LM-79 and LM-80 test report with 50,000 burning hours LED life from NABL lab shall be provided. (c) CRI (Colour rendering Index) of fixture shall be > 70. (d) CCT (Colour Correlated Temperature) of fixture shall be 5700 K±300 K. (e) System lumen efficacy shall be > 100 Lm/W. (f) 10 KV separate surge protection device shall be provided as part of fitting. (g) Lenses shall be Modular type. (h) PCB used shall be MC PCB type. (j) CA Number and name of manufacturer will be engraved/embossed on each fittings before installation. (k) The fittings shall have arrangement so that maintenance can be carried out from top cover. (l) 5 years gurantee shall be provided by the contractor duly supported by OEM covering all parts of LED fittings. The contractor shall replace /repair the defective LED fitting within 07 days after intimation is given to contractor for replacement/repair.

Supply and fix FRP street Light Pole Box, Size - 280 x 170 x 125 mm, with DIN Rail for MCB including 4 Pole PVC Connector with knock out for cable entry and exit connectors including all necessary fittings all as specified and as directed. Make: RMW/Sintex/Hensel.

Supply and Fix MCB SP 6-32 Amps B series for Street light including all fittings all as specified and as directed. Make: L&T/Legrand/ABB.

M&L for wiring with two runs of 1.5 sqmm (Nominal area) single core PVC insulated stranded unsheathed copper conductor FRLS cable upto and including 1100 V grade drawn through PVC rigid conduit medium grade fixed to pole with suitable size and number of clamps including one run of 1.5 sqmm (nominal area) single core, PVC insulated stranded unsheathed copper conductor FRLS cable as earth wire and duly connected to common earth point all as specified and directed. Note :-(i) One run of PVC rigid conduit with all fittings/accessories and Two runs of 1.5 sqmm single core cable and one run of 1.5 sqmm earth continuity wire to be measured as one length.
