REPAIR/PAINTING OF CHAIR CB STEEL WITH ARMS : FD 75M

M & L for removing unserviceable seat from chair CB steel with arms and S & F new seat made out of first class teak wood and canned with 2mm wide and 0.3mm thick plastic cane white colour and 4mm wide,4mm thick plastic cane for all round the border including black painting to the wooden frame and fixing to the same with 4 Nos GI Nut and bolts of size 3/16"X3" long with two washers on either side of the seat, and all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for removing unserviceable back from chair CB steel with arms and S & F new back made out of first class teak wood and canned with 2mm wide and 0.3mm thick plastic cane white colour and 4mm wide 4mm thick plastic cane for all round the border including black painting to the wooden frame and fixing to the same with 4 Nos GI Nut and bolts of size 3/16'X3" long with two washers on either side of the seat, and all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for removing unserviceable/broken runner and S&F new runner of MS Flat 500mmx18mm x3mm to chair CB tubular steel arms with suitable welding as per drg, and all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for removing unserviceable broken arms rest left or right of chair CB Steel with Arms and supply and fix new arms rest left or right made out of 1st class hard wood teak shape and size suitable for Chair CB Steel with Arms all as directed by Engr-in-Charge and as shown on drg.

M & L for preparation of steel surfaces by emery paper to Chair CB steel with arms and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint olive green shade approved quality over by spray painting over a coat of red oxide primer and all as shown on Drg. and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Charpoy GI nylon newar comprising of the following items:-

Removing of old unserviceable nylon newar from charpoy G.I. 32mm and tightening the frame and making it suitable for fixing plywood top and providng 12mm thick (7 Nos of ply) commercial plywood ISI marked BWR Make : Kitply/Century / Greenply. providing 2 number stiffeners made out of MS flat 40 x 5 mm thick 900mm long with 6mm dia 65mm long nut and bolt with washer (Total 08 Nos) to be provided at the drilling 02 Nos holes on each stiffeners with long rail/short rail and plywood. Two coats of synthatic enamel paint over coat of red oxide primer after black paint of stiffeners and fixing of hard rubber shoes to the bottom of legs complete all as specified and directed by Engr - in- Charge.

Taking out existing unserviceable GI pipe three way elbow from GI pipe charpoy & Supplying and fixing new GI elbow, 32 mm bore, three way, medium grade, approved quality complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer - in - Charge.

Taking out existing unserviceable GI check nut from GI charpoy & Supplying and fixing new 32 mm GI check nut complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer - in - Charge.

Taking down existing unserviceable GI pipe long rail of 32 mm bore from GI pipe charpoy & Supplying and fixing new long rail of 32 mm bore GI pipe, medium grade, of length as per existing long rail with proper threading complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer - in - Charge. Note : GI Pipe 32 mm bore will be issued under Sch B free for fixing'.

Taking down the existing short rails and making new short rail by cutting the existing GI pipe long rails 32 mm bore obtained from above threading suitably and fixing with existing old elbow complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer - in - Charge.

Making the existing unserviceable GI pipe short rail 32 mm bore of charpoy obtained from above and converting into legs by cutting, threading suitably and fixing with existing elbow including providing 3 mm thick MS base plate equal to outer dia of the pipe, welded at the bottom of the leg all as shown in drawing complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer - in - Charge.

M&L for removing old unserviceable /wornout existing plywood top from Charpoy with hard top and S&F new 12 mm thick plywood BWR grade type AA of size 1974mmx824mm mm approved make and fixing it by suitable screws each bed and all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge Make : Kitply/Century / Greenply

M & L for Carrying out minor repairs like denting & gas welding of broken legs/cleat etc and spray painting painting ofChapou with hard top steel (MAP) and removing of old worn out paint and and one coat of synthetic enamelled paint by spray paint black Ist class of Asian , Shalimar , Nerolac (as approved by GE) all as directed by Engineer-in -Charge.

Taking down and S&F new rubber shoes to the legs of the table complete all as specified.

BED HARD TOP STEEL OFFRS

M&L for removing old unserviceable /wornout existing plywood top from bed hard steel (MAP) and S&F new 12 mm thick plywood BWR grade type AA of size 1974mmx824mm mm approved make and fixing it by suitable screws each bed and all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge Make : Kitply/Century / Greenply..

Removing old unserviceable long rails and S&F new long rails of Bed Hard size 1974x65x25mm rectangular MS pipe 18 guage using gas welding and standard workmanship complete as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Removing old unserviceable stiffners and S&F new stiffner rails of Bed Hard size 850x25x25mm rectangular MS pipe 18 guage using gas welding and standard workmanship complete as directed by Engr-in-charge.`

Removing old unserviceable short rails and S&F new short rails of Bed Hard size 900x65x25mm rectangular MS pipe 18 guage using gas welding and standard workmanship complete as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Removing old unserviceable prelaminated board from footer frame and S&F new prelaminated board of size 750x350x18mm thick prelaminated particular board exterior grade complete as directed by Engr-in-charge.`
