Excavating trenches of required width for pipes cables etc including excavation for sockets ,and dressing of sides ,ramming of bottom, depth upto 1.50 mts, including getting out the excavated soil ,and ten returning the soil as required ,in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth including consolidating each deposited layer by ramming watering etc. and disposing of surplus excavated soil as directed within any lead in all kinds of soil for pipes cables etc. exceeding 80 mm dia but not exceeding 300 mm dia including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts

Providing, jointing & laying in trenches of GMS pipe by way of circumfrential butt welded 99% joints butt welded & 4% flanged pipes including cost of bends of all degrees confirming to IS 1239-2004(Medium class) with up to date ammendments as specified below with plain end and capable of withstanding required test pressure in random length of 4 to 6 meters including special short pieces bends reducers tees etc. made from parent tube the welded joints as per table dully welded in three layers (one inner & two Outer )with pipes at both ends as per relevent BIS standards along with nuts and bolts of required sizes confirming to BIS 1364(with upto date ammendments)The laying of pipe shall include all operation such as cutting welding ,jointing,providing and fixing of fabriction of bends,tees required level including lowering and laying in excavated trenches to ensure required level including flushing ,cleaning and hydraulic testing complete in all respect to the satisfaction of Engineer in Charge.The fabricated bends shall have three or four cuts having its radius not less than five times the dia of pipe. (Earth work in trenches to be measusered and paid for separately)The welding electods shall be as per IS 814 of AdvaniOverlinkon/L & T or ISI marked makeThe rates also include material.

Providing and fixing Cast iron Sluice ( Valve with Hand wheel) confirming to BIS 780-1986 (Latest with upto date ammendments) Class PN 1.00 of 10 20 Kg/cm² of Kirloskar/Leader//Kartar/Bir make of following dia as per IS 2906class-II complete (The cost of M.S. flanges to be measured and paid for separately) as per entire satisfaction of Engineer in Charge with in all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing M.S. Flanges confirming to IS-6392-1971 with upto date ammendments welding both sides of flanges according to relevant IS standard with nuts & bolts rubber washer confirming to IS-1367-1961 including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts as per direction & entire satisfaction of Engineer in Charge.
