Renovation / Construction of Homestays in Cluster 2 (Suru Valley)

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

White washing with lime to give an even shade : New work (three or more coats)

Satna lime wash on walls with one coat.

Finishing walls with 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives. New work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 litre/10 sqm. Over & including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 sqm.

Applying priming coat: With ready mixed pink or grey primer of approved brand and manufacture on wood work (hard and soft wood)

Preparing newly primed wooden surface for painting by way of filling of putty sand papering rubbing complete.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade: Two or more coats on new work.

Providing wood work in frames of false ceiling, partitions etc. sawn and fixed in position : Budloo/fir wood

Providing and fixing 12 mm thick tongued and grooved Pine wood (Soft Wood ) 4-5 inch in width panelling or wall panels in walls and celing includining all necessary fixtures including cornice with necessary screws, priming coat on exposed surface etc., complete. Brand - Rait Wood
