Dismantling structural steel work of any description including doors, railing, gates, trusses complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix structural steel framed work in angles channels, or tees etc welded or riveted or similar work conforming to Fe-410-0 or Fe-310-0 of caisson gate and associated Pusher jack pit and capstan covers complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix for rolled mild steel plates (Plain or chequered) conforming to Fe-410-0 or Fe-310-0 welded to supporting structure of caisson gate and associated Pusher jack pit and capstan covers complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors, ladders, framed balusters,Nosing angles , walk ways, MS ladder, railing, frame work of water tanks and similar work complete conforming to Fe-290.Gde E -165 complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in Repairs 1.25 mm thick steel rolling shutters, with out ball bearing, as specified including top cover anchoring rod, hasp and staple, shaft, pipe, brackets, and one shop coat of primer, erected in position as indicated complete with bevel gear box and crank handle complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs MS gear box assembly complete incl connecting and fixing the gear box to wall with 4 Nos hexagonal bolts of 10mm dia and 100mm long complete including cutting into existing wall/pillar of brick work/RCC and filling back with PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat coal tar epoxy paint complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coat coal tar epoxy base paint overone coat of zinc chromate primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling portions of reinforced cement concrete work as ordered / chipping of unsound concrete to a depth / thickness of 50 mm and above thickness inrespect of gallery cover slabs, side duct walls, beams, cope point, electrical panel base slabs etc., and similar work on jetty gallaries, gallary drains etc., (work in restricted movement area below ground level and requires de-watering etc., ) complete all as specified and as directed including removal of rubbish out side Dock Yard premisses.

M&L for preparation of exposed surfaces of rusted steel reinforcement of dia 10mm and above with metal wire brush , cleaning the rusted surfaces free from loose rust and application of rust remover cum passivator Reebaklens RR manufactured by M/s Fosroc chemicals oM/S Sika India Pvt. Ltd. / M / S Choksey Chemicals Pvt. Ltd. /M/S Mapei Const Product India Pvt Ltd. / M/S THermax Ltd or any other approved manufacturer of E-in-C's branch painted with brush to the rusted reinforcemnet @ 2.0-2.5Ltr /Sqm surface of steel reinforcement to the surface of existing reinforcement ) and removing rust with flex after 24 hours of application of rust remover with the help of wire brush, sand paper and thoroughly washed with water with the help of pressure jet and allowing it to dry complete .( Length of reinforcement steel bar shall be measured for payment)complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fix welded steel wire fabric fixed to RCC wall /ceiling with necessary fixing arrangement weight exc 2 kg/sqm but not exceeding 4 Kg/Sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing Shear connectors and Anchoring, Drilling 12mm dia holes up to depth of 100mm and fix 10mm dia TMT bars 'L' shaped anchor rods as shear connectors in defective concrete area of the slab, column, beams, chajjas, lintel etc., or any other structural member as the case may be clean the same using water and make sure that there is no fine particle present in the hole. Mix the base and hardener of the polyester resin Fosroc Lokfix with the spatula thoroughly. Fill the drilled and cleaned holes to a minimum depth of 1/3rd of the hole with the prepared polyester resin and the reinforced bar shall be inserted to full depth of hole and extra length of the reinforcement bar shall be bent into the concrete to maintain proper cover to the reinforcement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Providing, placing and fixing Form work shuttering using water proof ply wood to the soffit of slabs, sides of columns/ beams, walls of ducts etc., for the proposed micro concrete / Ready mix concreting encasement, as specified and directed . (Note :This item will be executed in jetty gallaries, drains, duct side walls , electrical cope point, panel bases and similar nature of work)

Material & labour for Micro-concrete prepared by construction chemicals manufactured by Fosroc or equivalent in Sika / Choksey or any other approved manufacturer of E-in-C's branch) cement based pre packed single component, chloride free, sulphate free, non-shrink, free flow, self compacting , ready to use after mixing water in specified proportion of approved quality.to achieve high strength, dual shrinkage, compensated, micro concrete with compresive strength of 40 Mpa at 28 days of thickness of 50mm to 200mm for concrete repair work complete all as specified and directed. (Note :- 1. Form work shall be provided for placing micro concrete patch repair as required at site with steel jack system and steel props to support the form work . 2. Form work shall be measured and paid separately.under respective items in this schedule)

M&L for fixing injection grouting nozzle of suitable size including supplying and filling Injection grouting for structural cracks with low viscous epoxy resin Conbextra EP10M manufactured by M/s Fosroc chemicals or equivalent in Sika / Choksey or any other approved manufacturer of E-in-C's branch and grouting by injecting using an electrically operated pressure grouting Machines until the nipple refuses the grout or the grout come out of a nearby nipples. (The base and the hardener of the epoxy resin come in pre weighed and pre-packed and hence should not be part mixed. The entire base and hardener shall be poured in a suitable container and mixed mechanically using a slow speed heavy duty drilling machine fixed with mixing paddles). After grouting, all the nipples shall be cut and the surface shall be finished to match the nearly surface. All the Procedures to be carried out by Manufacturer detailed specifications complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Conbextra EP10M shall be inclusive of quoted rate

M&L for chipping & removal of existing damaged, cracked , spalled & loose portion of concrete of the RCC members completely till the reinforcement is exposed and sound concrete (20mm to 50mm) is observed by using mechanical means and manual chisels and further the surface is jetted with clean water for removal of dust and loose particles including removing the rubbish from dock yard premises complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for application of bonding coat on the prepared old concrete surfaces of the RCC members of the buildings with two component epoxy based bonding agent Nitobond AR standard of Fosroc make or equivalent in Sika / Choksey or any other approved manufacturer of E-in-C's branch complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for application of polymer modified reinstatement mortar 20mm thick in isolated places repair works of RCC members with Rendroc S2 of M/s Fosroc make or equivalent in Sika / Choksey or any other approved manufacturer of E-in-C's branch having a compressive strength of M40 grade complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying polymer modified, cementitious mortar fibre reinforced, single component shrinkage controlled, (Renderoc SP40 of Fosroc Make or equivalent in Sika / Choksey or any other approved manufacturer of E-in-C's branch) having a compressive strength of 40 MPA strength for reparing of RCC members complete all as specified and directed including taking down the damaged portion of concrete and removing the debris outside of ND (V) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Dry spray repair mortar - Fosroc make, Renderoc DS40 or equivalent in Sika / Choksey or any other approved manufacturer of E-in-C's branch, 40mm thick to the Slab soffits, columns, chajjas, lintels, staircase slabs , Beams,parapets. etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour M30 grade with approved Ready Mix Concrete (RMC) with graded stone aggregate as in Slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, hard standing, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and ceiling and applying two coats of exterior emulsion paint (weather coat) over a coat of alkali resistance primer complete all as specified and as directed. ( Note:-Work in compact area in ceilings and walls of gallaries, where entry and exit through man holes and also below ground level)
