M&L for Inspection, checking of defect, repair / replacement of defective parts, sensor and maintenance of existing RO Plant of capacity 20000 LPH as per maintenance manual of manufacturer to meet the required condition of water by back washing, cleaning of membrane, cleaning of cartridge filter, servicing of chemical dozer, calibration of level indicator, cleaning of chemical Tank and all control valves etc complete all as specified and as directed by engineer-in-charge. Note:- (a) The periodicity of visit is normally two month interval but in case of some emergency within 48 hours to be attended as directed by Engineer-in-Charge, (b) Spare parts for replacement and chemical required for servicing of RO plant shall be measured and paid for separately under respective item of BOQ (c) The cost of replacement of small parts such as nuts, bolts, washer, screws, thimble lugs, gasket, rubber washer, wires etc shall be deemed to be included in unit rates quoted and nothing extra shall be admissible on this account (d) All tools, plant, equipment etc required for service shall be arranged by contractor at his own.

M&L cleaning of RCC under ground sump (Raw Water ) of capacity 400000 Ltrs incl dewatering the sump with water lifting pump, descaling internal surfaces of under ground sump with wire brush, removing the deposited mud/silt from inside the sump complete, washing with bleaching powder and flush water two times and again dewatering, applying two coats of lime wash inside the sump including writing capacity of tank, date of cleaning with synthetic enamel paint of white tint over black base (minimum size of letter 5 mm thick and 15 cm in height) complete all as specified and as directed at site by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L cleaning of RCC under ground sump( Treated Water) of capacity 200000 Ltrs incl dewatering the sump with water lifting pump, descaling internal surfaces of under ground sump with wire brush, removing the deposited mud/silt from inside the sump complete, washing with bleaching powder and flush water two times and again dewatering, applying two coats of lime wash inside the sump including writing capacity of tank, date of cleaning with synthetic enamel paint of white tint over black base (minimum size of letter 5mm thick and 15 cm in height) complete all as specified and as directed at site by Engr-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for laying of cables or laying of pipe,errection of poles, struts / stays etc including taking out cable cover or stone slab, not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down old / unserviceable under ground LT cable of any cross-sectional area from trenches/walls / poles after disconnecting connections complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply, laying,jointing,connecting and testing and fixing or passing through pipe or laid in trenches, 1100 Volt grade heavy duty cable XLPE insulated, armoured electric cable with aluminium conductor ,cross-sectional area 95 sq.mm 3.5 core complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L sand cushioning to undergound cable with using tibba sand and gently punning for cushioning to cable complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note: For the purpose of payment only punned thickness will be measured.

Supply & laying 40 to 50 mm thick roughly hammer dressed Jodhpur stone patti cable cover 25 to 30cm wide and n. exc 60cm long each laid dry abutting with each other with maximum gap between adjacent slabs n.ex 10 mm complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and Labour for Cutting/ Chassing or Boring as required in hard standing/PCC / Road exceeding 10 Cm girth for concealed to GI tubing and making good to disturbed surface with cement mortar 1:3 to match with existing surfaces including facing/finishing where as required or as directed by Engineer-in-charge

Supply & laying steel Tubing galvanized medium grade (ISI Marked) 80 mm bore with all fittings ISI marked laid in trenches all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Returning filling in including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Removing excavated any type of soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed, at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F bus bar chamber of size 900x600x600mm suitable of 3 phase 433V outdoor type fabricated out of 3.15mm thick MS sheet with 200A rated aluminium busbar 4Nos., PVC sleeves (coloured red, yellow, blue and black) with suitable locking arrangments and four legged angle iron stand made of angle iron of size 40x40x6mm duly grouted in and including foundation in PCC 1:2:4 type C1 using 20mm graded stone aggregates alongwith all necesary cable connections, lugs and cable glands including applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (of approved tint) over a coat of red oxide zinc chrom primer complete all as specified and as directed by engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement RO CIP fine cartridge filter 20 inches complete all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge.
