(INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION WORK)

LED lamp 7 watts White non dimmable B-22 holder base complet all as directed. Make C&S Cat Part No LTHPLED LAMP 7W/B22 or equal in Bajaj/ Philips /Havells as approved.

LED light fitting, single tube, 1 x 18 w LED, T-5, 230 V (power factor not less than 0.90), box type, CRCA body, bipin holders connector blocks, etc. Complete with all accessories internally pre-wired, including LED lamp T-5 18 W with aluminium heat shrink and connecting up with PVC insulated and sheathed, 1100 volts grade, flexible, multistranded 1.0 sqmm copper conductor three core cable complete all as directed.

Exhaust fan of size 300 mm heavy duty meatllic body complete with louver 14 RPM speed 230 V AC electricaly operated 50 HZ. Cat part No Turbo Force SP of Havells or equivalent of Bajaj/CG all as specified and directed.

MCB single pole 240 volts 6-32 Amps including providing thimble for out going cables 50Hz all as specified and directed.

MCB single pole & neutral, 240 volts 63 Amps, 10 Ka including providing thimble for out going cables 50Hz all as specified and directed.

(INTERNAL WATER SUPPLY WORK)

PVC waste pipe 32 mm bore fixed to PTMT waste coupling for wash hand basin or urinals etc complete all as specified.

CP brass sprey jet of approved quality including connecting to stop/angle cock complete all as specified.

(ROAD/PATH WORK)

Chequered cement concrete tiles 30 cmX30cmX25 mm thick set and jointed with grey cement and pigment in floors over and including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and completed.

(SEWAGE DISPOSAL WORK)

On site conventional type LLDPE tank designated to carry sewage and sullage water, including excavation in any type of Soil, PCC 1:4:8 below foundation, vent shaft, connection etc, complete for 10 users.

(EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY WORK)

Cutting the existing 50 mm tubing and inserting new GI tee of size 50X50X25 mm dia and including necessary screwing threading, tail pieces, short pieces, jointing material etc complete all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge.

(EXTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY WORK)

Supply & fixing bus bar chamber of suitable size with 4 strips 200 Amps bus bar aluminium along with MCCB of 160 Amp FP adjustable type duly connected to aluminium strip at Incoming side with suiatble space for 2 incoming cables and outgoing of 2 cables .Bus bar fixed on insulators in zig-zag position, clearance in each strip and clearance at both side should not be less than 125mm with sufficient working space, height of bus bar chamber not less than 1 mtr, mounted MS angle 50x6mm, made of CRCA sheet 2mm thick outdoor type, powder coated, both side opening, shutter in two halves, cable opening from bottom side with indicators R,Y,B, hinges through out the length of shutter with half turn locking arrangement, including grouting in PCC, all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : Size of Bus Bar should not be Less than 600 MM X 900 MM X 350 MM. Make of Bus bar should be CPRI approved

Supply, erection, testing and commissioning complete of OEM manufactured, static silent (sound proof enclosure) diesel Engine Driven generating set capable of delivering 200 KVA, water cooled, 415 volts (AC three phase, 4 wire system of supply) 50 HZ at power factor 0.8 minimum. The DG set shall consists of diesel engine coupled to a matching alternator, through flexible coupling and mounted on common base frame and complete with control panel standardized by manufacture, fuel tank with mounting arrangements and inlet outlet return inlet oil arrangement exhaust pipe complete and suitable for conditions prevalent at Rajouri (Jammu) (capacity of Engine, alternators shall be worked out taking all factors into consideration) including anti vibration pads, including all features to complete with latest CPCB guidelines and comprising of following :- (i) ENGINE (Prime Mover) : Diesel Engine 1500 RPM, direct injection, type four stroke, confirming to ISO 3046 / BS 5514, water cooled, naturally turbo charged, capable of giving adequate BHP to drive alternator capable of delivering 200 KVA at outdoor atmospheric conditions at Rajouri (Jammu), ( Taking all factor into consideration), 24 Volt (as per manufacturer recommendations) electric battery start with battery 180AH, complete with fly wheel all standard fittings / fixtures as per manufacturer and including suitable panel with tachometer, lub oil, temperature, pressure guage and frequency meters and also including self starter system, dynamo, fuel electric control panel with electronic governor (ECPG) and engine protection system (shut down, High water temperature, low lub oil, oil pressure, over speed etc) fuel tank and first fill of lub oil and other consumables etc.

(ii) ALTERNATOR : Brushless AC alternator, 3 phase, 415 volt, 4 wire, rated for output of 200 KVA, Minimum power factor 0.8, 1500 RPM, IP 23 protection class enclosure, insulation class “H” sailent pole, revolving field single bearing automatic voltage regulator coupled through flexible coupling with and to match the above engine. (iii) BASE PLATE :- Made out of structural steel as per manufactures recommended design / specifications. (iv) AMF CONTROL PANEL :- Factory made cubical type floor mounted LT panel board, indoor type made out of MS angle not less than 25x25x5 mm, and 1.6 mm thick MS CRCA sheet, front opening type, protection class IP-54, duly powder coated after seven tank process, with electrolytic grade copper bus bar of 400 Amps capacity for four poles, with all standard switchgear and protection, internal wiring of adequate size PVC insulated multistranded copper conductor cable etc and also consisting of following :- (a) MCCB 415 Volts, 400 Amp, rating 4 pole 50 KA rupturing capacity, Microprocessor based release, draw out type, specially fixed for incoming supply with over load, short circuit and earth fault protection – 01 No with suitable rating HRC back up fuses. (b) AMF logic panel including wiring, power contactor with MCCB suitable capacity for DG Set of main supply, single phase preventor, digital multifunction meter (showing Amps, Volts, Hz, KWH etc), Emergency stop Button, DG over load, High water temp, Low lub oil pressure, Auto charging unit and failure to start, Phase indication lamp LED type RYB includig all relays, circuit and protection required for automatic operation of DG Set.

(V) ACCOUSTIC ENCLOSURE :- Sheet metal fabricated cope type silent enclosure manufactured on CNC machines as per CPCB norms and powder coated after seven tank process, the enclosure shall be designed for reducing the sound level to 75 DB (A) at a distance of 1 M at 75% load under field condition and OX, 70 DB at 3 M from Gen set when DG set is working at full load alongwith testing conformance, lebelling certification etc as laid down in GSR No 371 (E) dt 17 May 2002. (VI) Diesel storage tank of cap adequate for storage of diesel for 12 hrs operation of Gen Set. (VII) MISC : Tool kit, operation and maintenance catalogue spare part list, overhauling manuals, guarantee card etc shall be provided as per manufacture standard practices. Note : The testing of DG Set for 12 Hrs at site carried out by the contractor in presence of IEM/ Engr -in- charge recorded and signed by both. The rates quoted by the contractor for DG set shall be deemed to include for the testing.

Supply and fixing cable joint kit heat shrink type 1.1 kV outdoor type end joint suitable for XLPE cable of size 120 sqmm 3.5 core complete all as specified.

Supply , installed, commissioning and testing Transformer step down , Copper wounded, Outdoor Type complete with standard fittings HT 11 KV/433 volts (at no load) 3 phase 4 wire, 50 Hz, 315 KVA capacity core type double copper wound, oil immersed. naturally cooled,. Oil naturally Air natural (ON AN) with external cooling tubes, delta connected on primary side (HV) and star connected on secondary side (LV) in accordance with victor group DYn-11 with natural brought out on secondry side (LV side) and having tapping at +- 2.5% & +- 5% on HV side to be changed by means of hand operated off load tap changer gear. The maximum temp rise should not exceed 45 degree celsius in oil and 55 degree Celsius in HV/LV winding when measured by resistance method after continous full load run on an ambient temperature of 40 degree Celsies.
