Taking out Doors,Windows and Clrestory Window Shutters (Steel or wood) including stacking within 50 Merers lead of area 3 sqm and below.

Dismentalling of Non Functional /Damaged Water Closet including Disconnection of all Plumbing fittings and removal of Base concrete and Chipping of damaged floor area of Washroom and disposal of Unserviciable material and stacking of Serviaciable materail Complete Job.

Removing white or colour wash by scrapping and sand papering andpreparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade on New work (two or more coats) over and including priming coat with water thinnable cement primer incld all carriage.

Applying priming coat With ready mixed pink or grey primer of approved brand and manufacture on wood work (hard and soft wood) including all carriages.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade.Two or more coats on new work including all carriages.

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade onNew work (two or more coats applied @ 3.84 kg/10sqm) including all cariages.

Painting on G.S. sheet with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand andmanufacture of required colour to give an even shade on old work (one or more coats including all carriages.
