Annual Maintenance of Electrical Installation of Jadavpur University Salt Lake Campus, Salt Lake, Kolkata ---Repairing of existing damaged electrical installation and addition, alteration and modification of dist. System and allied E.I work

Digging out the following PVC/A cable from under ground trench (1400mm depth) from existing damaged pillar box and relaying the same after cutting of damaged portion up to newly installed pillar box as per direction of EIC.--3.5 core 95 sqmm PVC armoured cable.

Making straight through joint (heat shrinking) of 1.1KV Grade 4 core 95 sqmm XLPE Al. Cable including supply of Heat shrinkable Jointing Kit. (Make-Raychem, Model-RLVJ) including necessary scaffolding arrangement from ground floor to the top of the cable tray as per direction of EIC.

Dismelting the existing VTPNDB with incoming and outgoing cables & wire and refixing the new VTPNDB as per direction of EIC.

S&F 8 way VTPN PBDB in SS enclosure (IP-43 protection) double door (Legrand/ similar type) comprising of neutral link, earthing attachment on wall and mending good the damages to original finish incl. interconnection as per direction of EIC. Incoming-415V, 25KA, 4 FP 125A, MCCB (Legrand / similar type) ----1no Outgoing- 415V, 10KA, 63A TP MCB (Legrand / similar type) ----2 nos, 230V 32A SPMCB -- 18 nos.

Supply & Laying of following cable in wall surface Incl. with earthing attachment in 2x 10 SWG as per direction of EIC. a) 4 core 35 sqmm (Havells/Polycab/Gloster/RR kabel) as per choice of EIC

b) 2 core 6 sqmm (Havells/Polycab/Gloster/RR kabel) as per choice of EIC

Supply & fixing of 26 Hole cu nutral bar.

S & F compression type gland complete with brass gland, brass ring, & rubber ring for dust & moisture-proof entry of XLPE/PVC cables as below. a) 4 core X 35 Sq.mm.

b) 2 core X 6 Sq.mm.

Finishing the ends of following PVC/XLPE cables by crimping method incl. S&F solderless socket, tapes, anticorrosive paste & jointing materials. a) 4 core X 35 Sq.mm.

b) 2 core X 6 Sq.mm.

Supply of LED T8 20watt 1200 mm LED Tube . (Colour Temparature - 6500 K) (Make - Philips, cat No. - Steller Bright TLED/CG/Wipro)

Supply of 11-18 Amp Single phase Starter. (Make – Noth-West/Similar)

Supply and Delivary of PVC Tape ( Different Colour) (Make - Anchor)

Earthing with 50 mm dia GI pipe 3.64 mm thick x 3.04 Mts.long and 1 x 4 SWG GI (Hot Dip) wire (4 Mts. long), 13 mm dia x 80 mm long GI bolts, double nuts, double washers incl. S & F 15 mm dia GI pipe protection (1 Mts. long) to be filled with bitumen partly under the ground level and partly above ground level driven to an average depth of 3.65 Mts. below the ground level as below: (a) By ISI-Medium GI pipe

Excavation of soil for installation of Earth Electrode and filling & ramming. (a) For Soft Soil

Connecting the equipments body to earth busbar including S & F 25 mm x 6 mm galvanised (Hot Dip) MS flat on wall/floor with GI saddles as required and connection to equipments incl. drilling holes, with bolts, nuts, washers etc.

Supply of LED T8 4ft 22 watt light fittings. (Make - Philips, cat No. - TMC 502 1xT-LED 22 Watt/CG/Wipro)

Supply & irrection of MS checker plate of desired shapes of several number of thickness 8mm & 2 coats of RO primer in both side of checker plate & 1 coat of synthetic enamel paint as per direction of EIC (63 kg/sq. mtr)

Supply & irrection of 50mm X 50mm X 6mm, MS angle for resting the above mentioned checker plate total work made by Electric welding machine & expart welder incl. 2 coats of RO primer to complete the installation as per direction of EIC Required MS angle 50mm X 50mm X 6mm = 4.5 kgs/mtr

Supply of 240V, 6 A 3 pin modular type Scoket (Colour - Black) (Make - Schneider or similar)

Supply of 240V, 16 A 5 pin modular type Scoket (Colour - Black) (Make - Schneider or similar)

Supply of 240V, 6 A modular type Switch (Colour - Black) (Make - Schneider or similar)
