Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan) including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift up to 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m.
All kinds of soil.
Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth up to 30 cm measured at a height of 1 m above ground level and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50m outside the periphery of the area cleared.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade :
Two or more coats on new work.
Removing white or colour wash by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete
Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq.meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-harge.
With cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand).
Closing of shrinkage cracks over the walls as per the following procedures 1)Develop the cracks to 450mm wide and 6mm deep V grooves. Clean the grooves using wire brush and sprinkle water.Mix 3-4 parts of Cera poly crack filler with one part of water to obtain a consistant paste. Appply with a suitable putty blade over the craked surface up to a depth of 3mm thick. 2)Insert the steel reinfrcement of 10mm dia of length 300mm acroos the cracked area at the interval of 300mm. 3) Providing GI plaster Mesh of approved quality for the entire chipped surface. 4)Applying 12mm thick Cement plaster 1:4 (1 Cement :4 coarse M sand)mixed with ceralatex SBR over the surface
Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge.
Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix)
Demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge..
In cement mortar
Cutting the trunks and branches of fallen trees of girth upto 30 cm and height upto 30 feet into small logs in order to remove the hindrance at the rearside of the Quarters and to clear the passage using hand cutting/machine cutting such as Jigsaw,Chainsaw etc.carefully without any damage to the adjoining RCC structures,cables,wires etc.including necessary disposal of the same at the nearby dumping areas at a distance of upto 10metres from the affected site all as directed by Eng-in-Charge.
Dismantling the existing damaged unused PVC Shed along with all fixtures at the site including necessary stacking and disposal of the same as directed.
Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all loads including all lifts involved.
Boring with hand driven equipment, Providing and installing cast in situ piles of specified diameter and length below pile cap/gade beam of specified concrete grade, excluding the cost of steel reinforcement and concrete but including the cost of boring with bentonite solution and the length of the pile to be embedded in pile cap etc. all complete. (Length of pile for payment shall be measured upto the bottom of pile cap/grade beam):

Segrgation and Transportation of Shelter materials from the stockyard -Perambur BSNL stores to the site of work at CIT Colony by mechanical transportation including loading, unloading and stacking as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
Erection of BTS shelter of available size upto 3.0 m x 2.5m x 3 m over Steel Structural members for base after segregation/sorting of the shelter as per drawings with all its accessories including Cable tray inside shelter for 12 meter runway , as supplied as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge .
Providing and fixing 19mm thick approved quality Marine plywood as per IS 710 in floors, partitions, cupboards, racks, storage units and similar locations etc. including cutting to required size and fixing with necessary nails, screws, clamps all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
Providing and fixing 2.00 mm thick sheet homogeneous Anti Static Polyvinyl chloride sheet in flooring and skirting in approved pattern on a smooth and damp proof base using rubber based adhesives of approved quality and manufacturer like DunlopS-758,Fevicol SR 998 or equivalent including rolling with light wooden roller weighing about 5kg and prividing copper strips etc all complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge in approved colour and shade.
Filling the gap in shelter for the areas in silicon sealant like walls , ceiling and roof with weather silicon sealant of approved quality and direction of Engineer -in-Charge
Providing roofing consisting of truss work with colourcoated GI sheet with truss work and purlins consists of 25 mm square tube of SWG 14 (1.63mm thick) @1.29kg/RM, spaced at a MAXIMUM distance of 100cm C/C. The roofing sheet shall be "GALVALUME SHEET" of 0.47 mm thick metallic hot dip coated PPGL Aluminium - Zinc alloy sheet of JSW or equivalent make sheet fixed to the purlins with self-tapping screws with EPDM washers. The roofing sheet shall be laid to an area with 0.30m projection alround from outer face of shelter. The truss work shall be painted with anti-corrosive painting two or more coats. The sides shall be provided with 0.20 to 0.30m width PPGL plain sheets all round to avoid any water entering from sides as directed by Engineer in Charge. The measurement for payment shall be outer to outer dimension of shelter only
