Cutting in earth work in all classification of soil such as pick work, jumper work, pick jumper work , blasting work, (soft and hard) and conglomerated rocks including chiseling and chiseling or wedging out of rocks where blasting is probhited or any other mix variety of soil including removal of bushes etc including dewatering pumping or wailing out water upto any heights/depths complete filling depression where required and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge, within all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per specifications, approved drawing, design. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, Toll tax, sale tax, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government. Any loss of the public property during the course of execution shall be the absolute responsibilty of the contractors which shall have to be compensated by him in all cases.

Excavation in foundation, trenches etcetera. in earth work in all classification of soil such as pick work, jumper work, pick jumper work, blasting work, jumper blasting work, soft and hard blasting and saturated soil, de-watering, including wedging out rocks where blasting work is prohibited, chiseling or any other mixed variety of soil, shoring, strutting or bailing out water (Surface and sub soil water) upto any depth or height any quantum of water including de-watering removal of slush, lift upto any height, stacking the excavated soil clear from the edge of excavation and then retuning the stacked soil in 15cm (Fifteen centimetre) layers, when required into plinths, sides of foundation etcetera; consolidating each deposited layer by ramming, watering and then disposing of all excavated earth and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge, within all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per specifications, approved drawing, design. Providing and fixing ridges or hips 60 cm (Sixty centimetres) over all with 0.60mm (Zero decimal Sixty milimetre) thick prepainted steel sheet of kolar metal TATA Durashine/Sail/Jindal ridges (Factory made) shall having proper Gola/Shape of steel sheet with hot dipped metallic Zinc coated sheet with top coat of regular modified polyester (RMP) organic coating of 20 (Twenty) microns over 5 (Five) microns primer coating plus back coat of polyester of 5 (Five) microns over 5 (Five) microns primer coating including fixing with prepainted self drilling and taping iron J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 6mm (Six milimetre) diametre with prepainted G.I. limpet and bitumen washers complete with all accessories as required including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals and further as per specifications, approved architectural drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, Toll tax, sale tax, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing plain M.S. (mild steel) B.P. (Black Plain) sheet 2mm (Two millimetre) thick fixed in eaves board/ceiling/cutting soffits/ceiling including jointing with gas/electric welding in position and applying a coat of red lead primer complete (frame work is to be measured and paid for separately) including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per specifications, approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, Toll tax, sale tax, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing 4mm (Four millimetres) thick E-Board (Embassed board) Ceiling of approved quality of ISI Mark including fixing to base frames with screws and clamps etc complete (frame work for base & cover fillets to be measured and paid for separately) including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per specifications, approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, Toll tax, sale tax, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing weep holes in brick masonry/stone masonry/plain reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall, return wall with 100mm diametres P.V.C. pipe extending through the full width of the structure with slope of 1(v):20(H) towards drawing face complete including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per specifications, approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, Toll tax, sale tax, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Back filling Granular material behind abutment, wing wall and return wall complete as per drawing & Technical Specification Clause-1204.3.8 including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per specifications, approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, Toll tax, sale tax, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying 60mm (Sixty milimetres) thick heavy duty precast cement conrete inter locking paver blocks vibro compacted upto M-50 (M-Fifty) grade i/c border or kurb block grey or coloured over sub-base of concrete with 25mm (Twenty five milimetres) thick average thickness of cement mortar 1:4 (One cement : Four sand) laid over and jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of blocks including curing rubbing & polishing complete (Subbase concrete floor to be paid for seprately) including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per specifications, approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, Toll tax, sale tax, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Steel work welded in built up sections trusses and framed work, including cutting, fixing, lifting, hoisting and; placing in position complete and applying a coat of red lead paint in gratings framed gaurds, bars, ladders, railing, brackets and similar work, including entire carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
