Air Conditioner M&L for taking out u/s air conditioner window/ split type in cappacity 1.5 and 2 Ton for replacing to u/s spares /re-painting /servicing/ carrying out neccessary repairing works/ shifting location/ gas re-filling etc in any type/ cap/ make /model all as site with connecting accessories from existed location after removing all connections safely and transportation from site to work shop and back (if required) at same after repairing work complete all as directed. Note :- Connecting accessories will be taken in safy custody by contractor for re-using at same. (ii) All spaires shall be measured and paid against respective items .

M&L for dusting, cleaning by compressed air, washing using casting soda mixed water after scraping to old paint coat to be preparing the surface for re-painting to air condioner in any type /make/ model/ cap/ etc all as site using heat resistive/ synthetic enamel paint by paint spray gun in two coats over one coat of red oxide primer and indication marking by diffirent colour in standard size of letter complete all as directed . Note :- (i) Paint colour shall be approved by Engr-in-charge. (ii) All spares required to servicing shall be measured and paid sepretly.

Supply and re- filling/ charging of refrigerant gas of R-134A,R-32, R-410A, R-22 in origional to window or split type air conditioner upto 2 Ton capacity upto speicific pressure /grade complete all as directed. Note : Grade of refrigerant shall be supplied as per model /make requirement in origional.

Labour for re- fixing / installation/ connecting/ testing and commissioning of repaired air conditioner under above item in origional postion all as same as per exsited including making electric / air connections with other site required work for serviceablity complete all as directed .

M&L for making hole to be fitted window air condioner for any type/ make/ model / capacity etc. after cutting window's net made out by MS bar or strip / brick wall etc incl all type all required insulating/ fixing materials such as thermocoal/ peice of plywood etc complete all as site and directed. Note :- Quoted rate shall be included making good to disturbed surface as exisiting.

Supply and fixing in replacement of under mentioned spares suitable for air conditioner in window / split type of cap 1.5 to 2 Ton as required in origional manufactures complete all as directed. Note :- (i) All spares shall be hold original manufacture tag with cat no. (ii) Spare supplied shall be as per the sample kept in GE office as per OEM. Water cooler/ refiregator and De- freezer Labour for taking out u/s water cooler/ refrigerator and deep- freezer of any make/ model/ capacity etc for replacing to u/s spares /re-painting /servicing/ carrying out neccessary repairing works/ shifting location/ gas re-filling etc in any type/ cap/ make /model all as site with connecting accessories from existed location after removing all connections safely and transportation from site to work shop and back (if required) at same after repairing work complete all as directed. Note :- (i) Connecting accessories will be taken in safy custody by contractor for re-using at same. (ii) All spaires required shall be measured separately as S&F and hence no labour element for replacement of such item shall be taken under this item.

Note : (i) Spares shall be measured and paid seprately. (ii) Quoted rate shall be included transpotion charge in required (if required)

M&L for re-fixing and connecting to geyser after replacing to u/s spares , ,servicing ,overhauling, painting etc all as site including new nut bolts and washer etc as site required and making electric connection using 3 core copper cable drawn through in PVC flexible conduit pipe and water connection as same at site all as specified and directed. Note ;- Nut bolts and washer for fixing to geyser shall be suppy by contractor if required.

M&L for painting to water heater / geyser in any make/ model/ size/ capacity using two coats over one coat of red oxide primer using syenthetic enamel/ heat resitance paint after washing with casting soda water ,scarping to old paint, cleaning etc and identy marking by different colour as per exisiting complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Colour of paint shall be approved by Engr-in- charge.
