M&L for leak testing with nitrogen dioxide and refilling with refrigerant as required for Split AC/Window AC and testing the cooling effect satisfactorily on full load and the filling of gas & testing shall be carried out in the presence of Engineer in charge, complete all as directed. Note :- Rate of Refrigerant R-410A shall be paid under relevant item.

M&L for Shifting Split type AC 1.5/2.0 TR capacity including disconnection of out door & indoor unit, Re installed the same to new location after necessary servicing including testing and commisioning, complete all as directed.

S&F in replacement of AC support bracket of size 500x500 mm ('L' Shape) 2mm thickness suitable for carrying maximum load 200-250 Kg including necessary fixing arrangements for installation of outdoor unit of split type AC, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of Sheet metal enclosure with a two pin and earth plug and socket complete with one single pole MCB upto 32 Amps, 240 volts capacity and tested on completion, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for servicing refrigerator/water cooler/depp freezer/air conditioner of any capacity after removing electric wire connection & cleaning of Cooling coil, Filter, etc. including testing to cooling, complete to entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge.

S&F 35mm thick flush shutter, solid care construction, with block board core & plywood face panel commercial type on both side, complete all as specified and directed. Note 1:-The contract sum shall be arrieved at after deducting amount of schedule of credit from the total quated amount. Note 2-Contractor's supervisor and main worker would wear shirt/T-shirt of colour sky blue/brown/yellow preferable embosed with contractor's firm name while carriying out any activities in defence area for better check of security purpose. Note 3:-The tenderer (all eligible contractors) shall ascertain the taxes & levies as on date. The subject tender caters all the taxes & levies as on date including the latest notification of GST issued as on date ( issued by Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs)
