Design, Fabrication, Supply, Erection, Testing and Commissioning of 30 meters height High Mast shaft in Three sections, hot dip galvonised and made of S 355 grade as per BS-EN 10025, suitable for wind speed of 180KM/Hour as per IS 875 part 3, including raising lowering system comprising head frame, Galvanised lantern carriage suitable to install 10Nos. 500W LED luminaries & its controlgear boxes (or equivalent such as counter weightd as per design) in Assymmetrical arrangement, Double drum winch, SS Wire rope 6mm dia (7/19 construction), Trailing Copper Cable of 5Cx4 Sq.mm from junction box of lantern carriage to control panel in HDPE pipe, 3C X 4 Sq.mm FRLS Copper flexible cable in HDPE pipe for Power tool from control panel, connectors, 415 V, 32 A, 3P+N+E Plug & Sockets, integral power tool motor, manual handle, terminations, junction box, lightening finial further including the following jobs and confirming to Technical specifications of Tender document. (a) Integral motor powered winch for lowering and raising operation of lantern carriage installed inside the base compartment along with mechanical tripping facility and manual handle. (b) Supply of foundation bolts manufactured from special steel along with nuts, washers, anchor plate and common template. (c) Construction of suitable shallow foundation with 1:2:4 concrete for the high mast (for safe soil bearing capacity at site as 10 T/sq.mtr at 2 metre depth) with all materials and labour as required. (d) Erection of the high mast including all accessories with the help of suitable tools and plants. (e) Barricading of High mast with MS Channel (size 100X6mm) of 3 Mtr(l) X 3 Mtr(b) X 1 Mtr (h). The Channel shall be painted with one coat of primer and two coats of polyurethane paint (alternating red and white strips) after erection at site. (f) Installation, testing and commissioning of LED Flood light luminaries as per design /site requirements and 01 No. Twin Type aviation obstruction light on the existing lantern carriage including wiring of all luminaires with all wiring materials like PVC insulated PVC sheathed flexible cable of suitable copper conductor cores of 2.5 sq. mm in GI flexible conduit from Junction box of Lantern Carriage to individual light fittings, lugs, mounting accessories, counter weights if required and all labour etc. complete as required.

Supply of LED Flood Light Luminaire of system wattage of 500W with high power LEDs having minimum luminous flux of 60000 lm ± 8% (Narrow/Medium beam for meeting LUX levels as per ICAO requirement) with secondary optics and designed with Powder coated Pressure Die Cast aluminium housing, frame, integral driver with Surge protection, heat resistant toughned glass, Conforming to IP 65 protection suitable to operate on 140 to 270V, 50Hz, AC supply including control gear and all accessories, meeting technical specification of Tender Document suitable for Apron Flood lighting purpose, complete as required.

Supply of Twin type aviation dome obstruction LED light comprising of aluminium housing with polycorbonate enclosure as per ICAO standards duitable for operation on 240V, 50Hz AC Single phase Power Supply etc. complete as required (Model no. BGAV 302 LED of Bajaj make or Equivalent).

Design, fabrication, Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Outdoor feeder Pillar panel with double door arrangement, cubicle type made out of 2.0mm thick CRCA sheet steel for outer sheet covering and 1.6mm CRCA sheet steel for inner sheet indoor and portition, totally enclosed IP-54 (or) higher, Free standing ,floor mounted, weather proof/dust proof and vermin proof, out door type, double door compartmentalized sloped roof canpoy. complete with busbar, cable alleys and cable entry from bottom of panel, DMC/SMC busbar supports,neoprene gaskets, terminal blocks connections, interconnection, earthing and with powder coated painting suitable for operation on 3 Phase and neutral, 415 volts, 50 Hz A.C system including providing & fixing of the following switchgears and provision of suitable brick foundation with concrete etc as required and as per specifications . Excavation of the Plain cement concrete of suitable dimensions including getting out the excavated concrete and soil disposal of the same as directed by E.I.C within a lead of 50 metres.

Providing, laying and fixing following dia HDPE pipe, in ground complete with necessary pipe couplings including trenching (75 cm deep and 35mm width for each pipe) and re-filling etc. as required. a) 63mm dia,PE-63,4Kgf

Dismantling, Shifting, erection, testing and commissioning of Apron flood light mast system consisting of multiple sections , total height of 12.69 Mtrs fabricated from MS plates conformingn to IS 226-1975/BS-EN 10-0258 in telescopic sections with base plate welded to the bottom sections and holdings galvanised totally , on externally and internally etc., and stress fitted as size suitable for installation of departmentally supplied flood lighting luminaries with the following accessories etc as per the additional specification as required. a) Erection of Lantern Carriage fabricated and galvanised to hold the flood light luminaires of different on one side and to accommodate the control gear boxes and to have self balance. b) In built power tool systems for raising and lowering operation of lantern carriage with suitable three phase motor mounted in the base compartment. c) Supply of Flexible round sheath multicore control cables of appropriate rating from the feeder piller at the bottom to the junction box to lantern carrier including wiring of individual fittings. d) Supply of foundation bolts manufacutered from special steel along with nuts, washers, suitable size anchor plate and template. e) Design, Construction of suitable shallow foundation with 1:2:4 concrete for the high mast (for safe soil bearing capacity at site as 17 T/sq.mtr at 2 metre depth) with all materials and labour as required. f) Heavy guage hot dip galvanised lightning finial and necessary connections. g)Erection of the12.69 meter high mast with the help of suitable equipments and installation of required luminaires with all wiring materials including Dismantling, re-installation, testing and commissioning of AAI supplied Control panel and labour as required. h) Repair & Replacement : Repairing the unit as per complain, replacing damaged parts. Testing etc and bringing to normal working condition.

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 metre long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/coke and salt as required.

Providing and fixing of 25mm x 5mm GI strip on surface/recess for connections etc. as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip in 40 mm dia G.I. pipe earth electrode including connection with G.I. nut, bolt,spring, washer excavation and re-filling etc. as required.
