REPAIRS TO COMPOUND WALL, FENCING AND GATE AND CERTAIN MISC WORKS AT NABAGRAM MILITARY STATION UNDER AGE(I) NABAGRAM

Taking down cement plaster any description incl racking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water,etc

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick using CM (1:6) on surface of fair faces of brick masonry/conc surface and finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick using CM (1:4) on surface of fair faces of brick masonry/conc surface and finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement as per manufacturer instruction complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F of GI chicken wire mesh of 0.71 mm dia wire & 12 mm mesh size fixed with nails & screws around RCC chajjas/fascias etc,complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new surfaces of wall applying two coat of oil bound distemper with alkaliresistant priming paint over and including 1 mm thick wall care putty complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of old surfaces of wall including complete removal of existing treatment brooming down or steel wire brushing; scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots and making surface even and applying two coat of oil bound distemper with alkaliresistant priming paint over and including 1 mm thick wall care putty complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of old decorated wall surfaces plastered or unplastered, by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil & greasy spots, including cornices etc and applying one coat of oil bound distemper on wall incl necessary repair, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation old steel surfaces of any description n.exc 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete.

M & L for Preparation of old treated wooden surfaces of any description, over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified.
