Dismantling old LT panel carefully and supply, installation, testing and commissioning of floor mounted cubical/trunk type indoor made out of 2 mm thick CRCA steel sheet traded and powder coated, prewired, factory made , with provision for two incoming and Bus Coupler,individual comparment dust and vermin proof, weather proof electrical panel and with Godrej type lock, cable glands etc. and consisting of the following all as specified and as directed :- (i) Electrolytic aluminium Bus bar of capacity 2000 Amps for phases and neutral. (ii) ACB 2000 Amps Make scneider 4 pole breaking capacity 50 kA -0 3 Nos as incommer-02 Nos and 01 No for Bus Coupller. (iii) MCCB 630 Amps 4 pole 50 kA -01 Nos out going(iii) MCCB 400 Amps three pole breaking capacity 36 kA -01 Nos as out going . (vi) Digital Ampmeter 0-2000 Amps-02 Nos . (vii) Digital voltmeter 0-500 Volts-02 Nos .(viii) Indication lamps RYB -03 sets. (locatio-550/2 SS) Note : Drawing for LT panel showing layout of incoming and outgoing switch gear with capacity before errection shall be approved by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for shifting voltage stabilizer of capacity 1500 KVA to another place within dockyard area carefully after disconnecting input and output cable connection and reconnection of cables input and out put in original complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Nacessary Man power/Transpotation chage included in the quoted rate.

Load testing of PBs,Cope points and voltage stablizer installed at various jetty areas, Gallaries, substations using artificial electrical rectifier load bank of capacity from 1000 Amps to 2000 Amps including necessary required cable input out put connectin for testing to checking Voltage drop will rectified by checking cable size and loose connection, checking and record power factor by mainting 0.9 to 01, Load testing will be carried out in four hours continuously for 25%,50 %, 75% and 100% for one hours each objects respectively and all record will maintain and sheet will be submited to engr-in-charge complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- (i) Artificial rectifier load bank shall be provided by department. (ii) Required man power for collection/handling and shifting from testing place to another place including deposit to original place after complete of testing work shall be arrange by the contractor. (iii) Required cable size and length for testing shall be arrange by the contractor.

Servicing/maintenance of voltage stabilizer of capacity 1000 KVA to 1500 KVA by forced air cleaning of movable and fixed unit, decarbonize busbar chamber and checking for any defects due to any flush/loose contact. Cleaning of all fixeddd and moving contact terminal connection points with CTC, replacement of defective cables complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- All cleaning agents are included in the auopted rate.

Supply and fix dimmer starter for regulating voltage of voltage stabilizer capacity 1000 KVA to 1500 KVA, 3 phase, 415 volts, 50 Hz and taking out old unserviceable one complete all as specified and as directed. (Make Servo max/Jindal as required and as per existing.

Supply and fix forward/reversible synchronous motor of torque 20 kg capacity for voltage stabilizer of capacity 1000 KVA to 1500 KVA, 3 Phase , 415 volts, 50 Hz and taking down old unserviceable one complete all as specified and as directd.

S&F PCB of networking uit with complete resister and capacitor for voltage controlling/regulating for voltage stabilizer of capacity 1000 KVA to 1500 KVA 3 phase, 415 volts, 50 Hz and taking down old unserviceable all as specified and as directed

Servicing, repair, maintinance of Air Circuit Breaker 630 Amps to 3200 Amps capacity by drawing out movable unit, forced air cleaning of movable and fixed unit, decarbonize breaker contracts and checking for any defects due to any flush/loose contact, cleaning of all fixed and moving contact point, terminal connection points with CTC, replacement of defective parts and re-fixing ACB, cables completes all as specified and as directed. Note: (a) required male/female ACB contacts, trip coils, closing coils, electronic protection unit will be measured as supply only. (b) all cleaning agents are included in the quoted rate.

Taking down unserviceable/burnt cable end termination by isolating power supply from transformer/LT panel disconnecting burnt/faulty cable from the bunch of cables in trenches/duct, removing cable loop and material and labour for making Re-rout, cable termination of 3 1/2 core armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 95 sqmm to 500 sqmm, 1100 volts with suitable size of cable glands, aluminium lugs duly crimpled and insulated with insulation tape (in different colours) duly replaced the rusted nuts, bolts and washers of nickel chromium plated with new ones and applying petroleum jelly, testing and commissioning complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling taking out LT/HT cable from panel/transformer/floor of sub station for repair or for realingnmetn of cable and refixing the cables with proper staking with proper alingnment of cable and refixing the cables with proper on repaired/existing rack/trench and making feeder wise bundle of cable using PVC cable tie for sizes of cable 3.0/3.5 core 95 sqmm to 185 sqmm 11000/1100 volt grade including required alumium thimble complete all as specified and as directed. (Note : each cable shall be measured separately.
