Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding,(but not backing) removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises.

S&F Mild steel hold fasts fixed with MS screws, all conforming to Fe410-0.

M&L Preparing surfaces of wood and wood based materials, steel and iron work of any description and girth and treated with tar or coal tar black paint and sanding newly tarred or painted surfaces with clean sharp sand.

M&L cutting holes in brick walls (N exc half brick) for inserting hold fasts and making good dismantled portion in PCC 1:2:4 (20mm aggregate) and cement mortar 1:3.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (20 mm graded stone aggregate) for fixing hold fasts.

S&F 35mm thick factory made Flush shutters, solid core construction with particle board core and plywood face panels, commercial type on both faces.

S & F 35mm thick 2nd class HW glazed and skeleton shutters open rebated and prepared to receive glass/wire cloth gauge etc,(without sash bars) edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass etc size of members of shutters as specified in SSR part I, section 8, clause 8.20(a).

S&F Particle boards 19/20mm thick exterior grade BWR type adhesive, fixed with screw to timber frame in shelves, cupboard shutter, drawers etc.,.

S&F Teak wood lipping 20mm wide and 6mm thick for particle board shutters for cupboards fixed with nails.

S&F in repairs Ist class hard wood beads straight ( any size) to glazed or gauzed joinery including mitres etc and removing old beads to store.

S&F hasp and staples 100mm size safety type aluminium anodised with mild steel pin including bolt to hinge plate and fixed with screws.

S&F cupboard knobs 40mm dia, fixed with nut, screw and washer of brass, polished.

S&F floor door stopper in repairs of aluminium alloy body with double bush type and tongue, over all length of cover plate 150mm , anodised, with hard drawn steel spring, fixed in floor.

S&F in repairs Mild Steel handle right or left suitable for Mild Steel window duly painted with two coats of stove enamelled paint etc. complete all as directed by Engr-in Charge.

S&F prelaminated particle board 18/19mm thick interior grade in repair, prelaminted one side with decorative choice lamination & other side balancing white lamination, fixed with screws to timber frame work.

S&F in repairs curtain rod CP with fixing brackets, stops rollers etc.

All as per item No. 46 but aluminium alloy

M&L forming jambs etc to openings (to forgoing items) incl cutting , toothing and properly bonding into old work also facing, jointing and pointing to match existing work in cement mortar etc complete.

S&F in repairs anodised aluminium door with frame one or more rebates with size top rail and styles 83.60x44.45x1.2mm, lock rail and bottom rail 114.3 x 44.45 x 1.2 mm including 5mm thick tinted glass including necessary jointing cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing anodised aluminium snap beadings, floor mounted spring door closer (s) aluminium fittings such as anodised aluminium handles (Two) Nos in each door, tower bolts (2 Nos) including cutting existing floor and making good disturbed surfaces all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge (Make of Section INDAL / HINDALCO / JINDAL).

S&F in repairs double action floor spring hydraulically regulated made up of minimum 1.25mm thick aluminium alloy sheet foundation box, main body with stainless steel cover governing pivot made of brass other parts made of mild steel heavy duty.

S&F in repairs door closer (aluminium extruded) hydraulically regulated designation No 3 universal type suitable for door shutter of 851 to 1000mm in width and weight of between 61 to 80 kg complete all as directed.

Taking out complete existing roof treatment from roof surface & roughening of old concrete floor surfaces incl cleaning the roof surfaces by brushing sweeping etc and removing rubbish n exe 50 meter and depositing all as directed.

Cutting out cracks to V-section in existing roofs or terracing, cleaning out, wetting, grouting with cement and sand slurry 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 15mm thick plastering in cm (1:4) mixed with integral water proofing compound as per manufactures instruction finished even and fair over RCC roof slab without using extra cement including curing by ponding with water complete all as specified and as directed (WPC shall be measured & paid separately )

Preparation of concrete roof surfaces by washing down with water and applying roof treatment as under:- (a) Brushing neat cement slurry with 3.00 kg of cement per square metre over the RCC slab after taking down complete treatment. (b) Cleaning plastered roof surface and Applying evenly bituminous primer @0.25 litre per square metre of surface confirming to IS-3384-1986 (Shalitex primer of STP limited or equivalent as approved by GE. (c) Laying of APP Modified water proofing membrane, 3 mm thick (minimum) weighing 3.50 kg per square metre (reinforced) with polyster non woven fabric(weighing not less than 160 gms per square metre) shall be applied over bituminous primer. Application of polymeric membrane shall by torch application. The overlap shall be not less than 100 mm on transverse direction and 75 mm on longitudinal direction all as per manufacturer's direction ( Make :- super Thrmolay of STP Ltd or Equivalent IWL/TEXSA) (d) Applying a coat of bituminous aluminium paint @ 0.11 litre per square metre over the APP based polymeric membrane complete all as directed. ( Make : Super silver Sheild of STP ltd or equivalent as approved by GE) (e) Cover fillet in PCC (1:2:4) type B0 (using 12.5 graded broken stone aggregates) of radius 75 mm shall be provided at the junction of roof & other vertical surfaces and the surfaces shall be painted with hot paving bitumen of penetration value 30/40 confirming to IS 73 @1.20 KG/SQM over a coat of bituminous primer @ 0.30 litres per sqm complete all as directed.

Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings.

S&F 0.63 mm thick galvanised, corrugated mild steel sheeting with two corrugations side lap, fixed with 'L' type or 'J' type or cranked hook bolts and washers, in roofs, walls etc with grade of zinc coating 120

S&F plain, galvanised, mild steel sheeting, in ridges, hips, valley gutters, drip and straight flashings (length and girth as fixed) with grade of zinc coating 120

Dismantling wall / ceiling board (fibre pulp insulation) or insulation boards any thickness including cover fillets

S&F GI frame work for seamless ceiling comprising of GI perimeter channel 0.55 mm thick with two unequal flanges of 20 and 30mm and web of 27 mm fixed to surrounding wall using nylon sleeves and screws at 450 mm centre to centre/intermediate channel 0.9 mm thick having two equal flanges of 15 mm each and web of 45 mm suspended from soffit at approx 900 mm centre to centre with GI clit and steel expansion fasteners with and including ceiling section (not exc 1.2m length) of 0.55mm thickness having kurled web of 50 mm and flange of 26 mm each with lips of 10.5mm fixed to the intermediate channel with connecting clips across the intermediate channel at 457mm centre to centre.

S&F asbestos cement plain building boards fixed or laid/inserted to GI framework with screws.

M & L for two coats of synthetic enamelled paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome on steel surfaces n.exc 10 cm width or girth including preparation on new surfaces.

M & L for two coats of white wash on ceiling over a coat of primer after preparing the new surfaces.

Excavating in trenches, n.exc 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5m in depth ; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n.exc 1.5m in depth, and getting out soft/loose soil.

M&L for removing excavated material n.exc. 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc. 1.5 m above the starting point.

M&L returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm.
