Providing services of Safaiwala 02 (TWO) Nos for works (dry & wet) like daily cleaning/ sweeping and mopping of floors and all tiles including drains (Section toilets, Officer toilets & common toilets) sewage line clearance & removing chocking/ packing of sewage line, sealing joints for removing leakage, roof top, staircases, cleaning of walls, ceiling, roof, parking area, store yard, office, E/M installations and cleaning of sinks , WCs, urinals & wash hand basin with all traps upto the first manhole in premises of AGE (I) Office complex, sub-divisions and other surrounding areas as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The deploying persons shall be well experienced in his trade (Male/female) with good Character and discipline, minimum qualification 8th pass. Tentative shift timings shall be as under (however it can be changed as per direction issued by Engineer-in-Charge time to time):- (a) 0800 hrs to 1600 hrs all working day (except Gazzetted holidays and closed holidays such as Sunday etc) (b) Location/premises of working place AGE (I) Manauri complex. (c) Broom buckets, dustbins, mopers, harpic, nepathaline ball, odonil, liquid detols, soap at each toilet and other sanitary items and mobile phones as and when required shall be proveded by Contractor.

Providing services of Chowkidar 02 (TWO) Nos , works like security to the Office Complex, Sub divisions, Store yard and E & M installations or any other locations of buildings/ office as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, deploying person will be of Good Charecter and discipline with well experienced in trade ( Male / Female), minimum qualifiaction 10th Pass. Tentative shift timing shall be as under (however, it can be changed as per direction issued by AGE (I)/ Engineer-in-Charge time to time):- (a) Working time :- Each shift of 8 hours for each Chowkidar. Shift timing will be decided by the AGE (I)/Engr-in-Charge. (b) Location of working working place AGE (I) Manauri complex.

Providing services of Meter Reader 01 (ONE) No , for carrying out works like Recording and floating bills to the paying consumers at Married accomodation of Officers Enclave, New project Area, Old Project area ad Tech area of 24 ED and keeping of records, routine work, maintenance of documents of inspections, knowledge about various inspections, priority of work as directed by the AGE (I)/ Engineer-in-Charge. The deploying persons (Male/female) with Good Character and discipline, minimum qualification ITI Pass with minimum two year experience in the trade and concerend work. Work timings shall be as under:- (a) Working time:- 0900 hrs to 1700 hrs (all working days except Gazzetted holidays and closed holidays such as Sunday etc) with lunch break 1330 hrs to 1400 hrs (b) Location of working area of AGE (I) Manauri

Notes for item Nos 1 to 3 :- (i) Cost of uniform for the staff employed shall be borne by the contractor. (ii) Tools & plants required for cleaning of the complex as as well as maintaining hygen sanitation as mentioned in Appendix 'A' shall be provided by contractor as required time to time and quoted unit rate shall be deemed included for the same . (iii) It is contractor's responsibility to provide documents such as academic & technical and Insurance of each person deployed by contractor . (iv) All employees deployed by contractor will wear uniform as approved by Engineer-in-Charge and an identity card will be provided for all the employees after due security clearances from security section of station taken by contractor. (v) Contractor shall adhere to minimum wages act, workmen's compensation act, ESI, EPF etc and other relevant laws. The payment of labourers shall be made THROUGH BANKS/NEFT only and proper record for payment made to the deployed employees such as salary wages slip, EPF accounts etc shall be submitted by the contractor at the time of payment of RAR's duly signed. (vi) All T&P for normal routine maintenance shall be provided by contractor including safety equipments. (vii) The rate of per day penalty imposed to contractor in case of absence of any employee deployed by the contractor will be as under:- (a) Rs 500/- per day per person plus per day wages of absent employee derived by unit rate quoted by the contractor as under:- Per day wages of Quoted unit rate of individual item absent employee = Number of persons mention in the description of item x 26 days. (viii) All the employee employed in AGE (I) MANAURI shall be monitored by officer nominated by Age (I) Manaurir and attendance register will be maintained, checked and signed by AO rep. Attendance register shall be maintained by official nominated by AGE (I) and will be checked & signed by the concerned Engineer-in-charge & JE’s. All employees pertaining to that office shall represent to the official so nominated. (ix) The unit rates quoted by the contractor shall be deemed inclusive of GST, all taxes, ESI & EPF etc as applicable at the time of bid submission end date. (x) Payment of contractor in running RAR shall be made only on submission of payment record/proof of miniumum wages etc to the empoyed persons by the contractor (duly approved by concerned authority as per Labour Law). (xi) Contractor's quoted rates shall be deemed to include all above aspects/ provisions as mentioned in para (i) to (x) of the notes as mentioned above.
