Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, column, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. upy floor five level excluding cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement: (1:1.5:3) 1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size).

Reinforced cement concrete work in Footing , Pedestal ,Columns , beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope upto 15°, landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases upto five level including curing but excluding the cost of centring, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with M20 (1:1.5:3) (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete above plinth level Thermo- Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.

Providing and laying position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering. All work upto plinth level 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) (crushed) Mud Mate (Use Of Portland Pozzolana Cement Is advised as Per Green Building Guidelines OR 25% replacement of Ordinary Portland cement with fly ash by weight of cement used in structural concrete.)
