DESCRIPTION OF ITEMS

Taking out carefully copper/aluminium point wiring,Light,fan,socket or power complete with all fitting, fixtures such as switch socket out let, ceiling rose ,holder ,regulator,DBs etc including making good the disturbed surface of wall/floors complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for point wiring for one light controlled by one way switch with 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed single core multi-stranded copper conductor (FRLS) cable 1100 Volts grade drawn through and including rigid non metallic PVC concealed conduit (medium grade) of suitable dia along with 1.5 sqmm continuous PVC insulated unsheathed single core multi-stranded copper conductor (FRLS) cable for earth continuity wire, connected to earth dolly and to be terminated in and including pressed steel sunken boxes , readily available (Having wall thickness not less than 1.22 mm for boxes upto a size of 200 mmX300 mm and beyond that the wall thickness shall be not less than 1.63 mm) concealed type with 3mm thick bakelite sheet cover for mounting switches, sockets, fan regulators etc including testing on completion complete including cutting chases for concealed conduit pinning in making good to facing and pointing in using cement mortar 1:3 and making good disturbed surface all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Fixing bell push 240 volts flush type 5/6 Amps, single pole one way complete as all specified and directed.

Supply & fixing bell, AC, 230 volts, single pole, ding dong type size compete all as specified.

Supply & fixing switch piano flush type, 15 /16 Amps single pole, one way 240 volts complete all as specified .

Supply & fixing socket outlet 3 pin, 05/06 Amps (2 -in-1 Multipurpose) flush type 240 volts complete all as specified.

Supply & fixing of socket outlet 3 pin, 15/16 Amps (2 -in-1 Multipurpose) flush type 240 volts complete all as specified.

Supply and Fix electronic fan regulator stepped type,two module with five step 240 volts,100Watt suitable for 1200 mm sweep AC ceiling fan complete, all as directed by Engineer in charge.

S&F Lamp holder, insulated body with back plate suitable for batten /angular fittings, fixed on with & including round block 8 cm dia, 4 cm depth, closed recessed type & making connection including inverter LED lamp, 6500K, 900lm in white colour of 12 Watt, etc complete all as specified & directed.

S&F ceiling rose, surface bakelite, AC, 220/240 volts, 3 terminals, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of Tube light fitting integrated type suitable for LED 20W indoor decorative aluminium extruded T5 LED batten complete with hosing with all accessories pre wired and making connection with three core copper flexible cable of size 23/0.0076 from ceiling rose to PVC connection to light fitting complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of Tube light fitting integrated type suitable for LED 10W indoor decorative aluminium extruded T5 LED batten complete with hosing with all accessories pre wired and making connection with three core copper flexible cable of size 23/0.0076 from ceiling rose to PVC connection to light fitting complete all as specified and directed.

S&F (in repair) for sub main wiring with 6 Sqmm nominal cross sectional area, two single core, 1100 Volts grade, multi stranded, Fire Retardant conforming to IS 694-1990, PVC insulated, unsheathed, copper conductor stranded cable FRLS with and including continuous earth wire of size 6 Sqmm nominal cross sectional area, single core including rigid non metallic PVC concealed conduit of 25 mm dia or more , medium grade with all conduit accessories/ fittings ,brass screws, washers etc and connected to common earth dolly including all cutting/ chases etc in wall, making good to walls etc including two coats of white/ colour washing/distempering etc to the disturbed surfaces to match the existing complete all as specified & directed

Supply and fix in repairs factory made epoxy powder coated Distribution board SPN 8 ways (SPN MCB DB) with metal door (IP-43 protection) fabricated from minimum 1.6mm thick CRCA sheet and fixed flush to wall and suitable for universal mounting and including 200 Amp copper tinted bus bar, neutral bar, standard DIN rail, Earth bar and cable ties for cale management, top and bottom removable gland plates with Knockouts and suitable for one SPN/DP-MCB as incomer and SP MCBs outgoing complete all as specified and confirming to IS : 8623.

Supply and fix in repairs factory made epoxy powder coated Distribution board vertical TPN 4 ways with metal door (IP-43 protection) fabricated from minimum 1.6mm thick CRCA sheet and fixed flush to wall and suitable for universal mounting and including 200 Amp copper tinted bus bar, neutral bar, standard DIN rail, Earth bar and cable ties for cale management, top and bottom removable gland plates with Knockouts and suitable for one 4 pole MCB 100 Amps as incomer and SP /TP MCBs outgoing complete all as specified and confirming to IS : 8623.

Supply & fixing (in repair) MCB , SP, AC, 240 volts of 06 to 32 Amps capacity 10KA, 'C' series and making connections with suitable size of copper lugs complete all as specified & directed.

Supply & fixing(in repair)MCB, DP, AC, 240 volts of 50 to 63 Amps capacity 10KA, 'C' series and making connections with suitable size of copper lugs complete all as specified & directed.

Supply & fixing(in repair) MCB 4 pole 'C' series 100 amps capacity AC 415 V,10kA complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and fixing LED bulk head light fitting wall mounted with Environmental friendly, ultra modern, energy saving, surface mounted, decorative type, back-lit LED luminaire comprising of high brightness LEDs.built edge lit with inverter LED lamp, 6500K, 900lm in white colour of 12 Wattcomplete with all acessories all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F 1x60 watt LED building security light fitting , PDC housing,IP-65 with 4 KV inbuilt surg protection driver, pressure die-cast aluminium including fixing the same on GI pipe 25 mm dia bore light grade bracket, 1.5 mtr long including necessary cutting / bending /welding and fixed the same with two Nos FI clamps of 40x 4mm duly painted and suitable size of nut & bolts etc. and making electric connection with PVC three core copper flexible wire complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down electric energy meter single phase any size or type from the existing site and refixing the same at same place after carrying out necessary repair work including wire etc complete and making the surface good to match with existing surface all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down carefully ceiling fans at any height of any sweep/ make /model after disconnecting electric connection and dismantling and opening the body of ceiling fan and examine for repairs including servicing,overhauling, greasing etc and cleaning the complete body both internal & external parts with cleaning agent and renewal of minor spare parts such as split pins,cater pins,coupling bolt, capacitor holder,terminal adoptor, screws, nuts, spring washers for blade/body etc including hanging and including making connection with three core 1.5sqmm flexible copper cable upto ceiling rose and fixing back in existing location and connecting of electrical connections and testing for its satisfactory performance complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully Exhaust fan at any height of any make /model after disconnecting electric connection and dismantling and opening the body of exhaust fan and examine for repairs including servicing,overhauling, greasing etc and cleaning the complete body both internal & external parts with cleaning agent and renewal of minor spare parts such as split pins,cater pins,coupling bolt, capacitor holder,terminal adoptor, screws, nuts, spring washers for blade/body etc including hanging and including making connection with three core 1.5sqmm flexible copper cable upto ceiling rose and fixing back in existing location and connecting of electrical connections and testing for its satisfactory performance complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600 X 600 X 6 mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.50 m deep below normal ground level, connected to galvanized earth lead wire 4.0mm dia by means of bolts, nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in earth plate No 3 of MES schedule 2009 part – I connected to earthing test point including earth continuity conductor and loop earthing etc. as required 4 mm dia galvanized iron or steel wire including necessary excavation and earth work, concrete pit & chamber in PCC 1:2:4 type B1 & pit cover 75mm thck in RCC 1:2:4 type B1 duly reinforced with 6mm dia bar @ 150 c/c both ways including with lifting handle and Earth lead and GI protection pipe light grade 15 mm dia beyond 7.5 mtr from electrode to earth terminal point /main switch board and 20mm bore GI watering pipe medium grade including ' test point terminal complete all as specified and directed.

Note : Tenderers may note that amount of credit Rs 36,312.00 will be deducted from the total amount arrived, at the time of Acceptance of contract.
