Material and labour for attending day to day complaints pertains to various capacity of cooling appliances and equipments as and when site requirement and complaints arises by arranging Highly skilled Mechanic - 01 No with helper - 01No. Work includes for all type of cooling appliances, equipments like all type of ACs, all type of Refrigerators, deep freezers, Water coolers etc. handling with repairs, maintenance, timely replacement of spare parts, testing, smooth functioning of equipments, including necessary tools and plants for checking the equipments at existing location, find out the faults complete and rectification of minor problems, electric loose connections, (compressor control panel resetting with electrical components like replacement of lugs/pin, MCB resetting, electrical wiring connections gas top up (gas shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item) ,to make the cooling appliances/ equipments functional in all respect complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer -In- Charge. Notes: 1.Complaints/services schedule list shall be collected from concerned JE/Engineer-In Charge and report back on daily basis. 2.The Serial item Nos of BOQ 02 to 75, of BOQ shall be outside the scope of this item. 3.A penalty of Rs. 500/- per day will be levied in case breakdown of equipment more than 3 working hours from the time of complaint registration due to non-attending. 4.The Item shall be measured and paid only for detecting the faults and for rectifications works. If any spare replacement needed in the work, the same shall be measured and paid under relevant item.

Supply and fix factory built hermetically sealed compressor unit suitable for 1.5 Ton, single phase, 230 V, 50Hz capacity split / window type AC, testing the leak of compressor by charging Dry Nitrogen gas, evacuating the system and charging R-22 /304 a /407a /134 Refrigerant gas including taking out old unserviceable compressor with connected old material from the split type ACs / window ACs complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for onsite servicing 1.5 / 2.0 / 2.5/ 3.0 Ton capacity split/ window type AC of any description by cleaning air filter, cooling coil/ condenser coil and outer cabinet with pressurised water and detergent solution, applying new insulation to torn/damaged insulation complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs of indoor unit and outdoor unit kit of 2.0 TR split type ACs of any make by dismantling the old indoor unit and outdoor unit connecting up with existing outdoor unit and indoor unit including complete indoor unit items like blower fan , PCB, / Remote controls etc. and excluding out door unit components like compressor, condenser fan motor and condenser unit, copper pipe complete set and necessary brazing as per site requirement etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for disconnection the power supply of split ACs and dismantling, taking down split ACs, any make /mode/type of capacity 1.5/ 2.0TR from existing location including indoor units/ outdoor units along with its copper pipes, connecting cables, clamps/ stands, water drain pipes etc. including making good the surfaces to match with existing finishes in all respects and re-fixing at new location as directed with all accessories such as clamps, pipes, stand for outdoor unit including top up of refrigerant gas if required and making satisfactory working of AC unit in all respect complete all as specified and as directed.
