Dismantling wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation,etc.) or insulation boards/ slabs/ blankets any thickness, incl cover filltets and grids complete all as specified and directed by engr- in- charge

Providing and fixing 12 mm thick semi perforated false ceiling at all heights with GRG (Glass Fibre Reinforced Gypsum ) False ceiling tiles of size 595 x 595 mm of approved texture, design and patterns having moisture contents less than 2% humidity resistance of 99% NRCO.50 to .75 as pe IS8225:1987, Noncombustible as per BS 476 (Part 4)-1970 and light reflectance of 85% (Minimum) to be laid in true horizontal level suspended on interlocking metal T Grid of hot dipped galvanized iron section of 0.33 mm thick ( galvanised @ 120 gms per sqm including both sides ) comprising of main T runners of size 15 x 32 mm of length 3000mm, cross -T of size 15 x 32 mm of length 600mm to form grid module of size 600 x 600mm, suspened from ceiling using galvaized mild steel items ( galvanizing @ 80 grams per sqm) i..e 50mm long, 8mm outer diameter M-6 dash fastener 6mm dia fully threaded hanger rod upto 1000mm length and L-swhape level adjuster of size 85x25 x 2mm galvanised iron permieter wall angle of size 24 x 24 x 0.40mm of length 3000mm to be fixed on periphery wall/ partition with the help of plastic rawl plugs at 450 mm ceneter to centre and 50mm long dry wall wood screws. The kwork shall be carried out as per specifications, drawing complete all as specified and directed by engr- in- charge

supply and fixing of POP false ceiling of cast in situ type with including neccessary GI frame work for main frame &tie frame with wall supports etc & stainless steel mesh of appropriate size including neccessary arrangement for fixing of clamps &suspensional from the ceiling surface cement including centering, shuttering, scaffolding, finishing with minimum 6 mm thick plasterof paris and necessary openings for electrical/ventilation services, complete all as specified and directed by engr- in- charge

Dismantling wall panelling boarding any description fixed in any position with nails including removal of fillets of any section /size and making good of damaged portion complete all as specified and directed by engr- in- charge

S&F for Solid PVC Wall Lining consisting of 5mm thick Plain colour PVC sheet inclusive of solvent cement and fixing at site on PVC frame as per specifications and drawing complete all as specified and directed by engr- in- charge

S&F for 5mm thick PVC sheet fillet of width 35mm for wall paneling inclusive of fixing on to wall to make PVC Frame as per specification and drawing complete all as specified and directed by engr- in- charge

Providing and fixing Wall Panelling of WPC (Wood Plastic Composite) of any colour , moulded type, factory-made, termite-proof, water-resistant, fire-retardant, and eco-friendly panels of approved design, shade, and texture of size not less than 2200x150x25 mm for each plank with grooves and patterns Panels shall be of uniform thickness, precision-moulded with decorative surface finish, and installed over a suitable framework with necessary fasteners, adhesives, and accessories as per manufacturer’s specifications. The work includes cutting, shaping, jointing, finishing, and ensuring smooth alignment for a seamless appearance. complete all as specified and directed by engr- in- charge

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises to a distance exceeding 1.5 K but not exceeding 5 Km complete all as specified and directed by engr- in- charge.

M&L for Vitrified Double charged / Ultracharged tiles (any shade) 8-9 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles exceeding 0.42 sqm but not exceeding 1.00 sqm, in floors with spacers 2 to 3mm wide etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in epoxy mortar to match in floors etc laid over and including screed bed or bedding layer of 15 mm thick cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by engr- in- charge

M&L Vitrified Double charged / Ultracharged tiles (any shade) 8-9 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles exceeding 0.42 sqm but not exceeding 1.00 sqm with spacers 2 to 3 mm wide etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in epoxy mortar to matcha in dado/skirting laid over and including rendering/ screed of 10 mm thick in cement mortor 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by engr- in- charge
