PCC 1:1.5:3 using 20mm HB stone with form work for above ground level including cost of cement, all materials lead and lifts etc., complete

Refilling with excavated earth other than sand including cost of all materials and labour etc complete.

Transporting of excavated soil by head load 100m and spreading in layers of 23cm thick including all labour, lead, lift etc., complete.

Plastering the walls with CM 1:5,12mm thick including cost of all materials,labour,lead,lift etc complete.

Exterior painting with two coats of approved quality distember over one coat of white cement primer for foundation & wall including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift, etc., complete.
