M&L preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling of plain or corrugated AC sheet of any thickness incl Nainital or similar pattern coverings, including wind ties complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick,having Zinc coating 150 gm per sqm (Az-150) of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa, having Zinc coating 150 gm per sqm (Az-150) as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets, any thickness including cover fillets and false ceiling frame work of any size/ description complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F GI Metal Suspended ceiling of approved materials of size 595x595 mm in true horizontal level, suspended on inter locking metal grid of hot dipped galvanized steel sections ( galvanized @ 120 grams/ sqm, both side inclusive) consisting of main “T” runner with suitably spaced joints to get required length and of size 24x38 mm made from 0.30 mm thick (minimum) sheet, spaced at 1200 mm center to center and cross “T” of size 24x25 mm made of 0.30 mm thick (minimum) sheet, 1200 mm long spaced between main “T” at 600 mm center to center to form a grid of 1200x600 mm and secondary cross “T” of length 600 mm and size 24x25 mm made of 0.30 mm thick (minimum) sheet to be interlocked at middle of the 1200x600 mm panel to form grids of 600x600 mm and wall angle of size 24x24x0.3 mm and laying false ceiling tiles of approved texture in the grid including, required cutting/making, opening for services like diffusers, grills, light fittings, fixtures, smoke detectors etc. Main “T” runners to be suspended from ceiling using GI slotted cleats of size 27 x 37 x 25 x1.6 mm fixed to ceiling with 12.5 mm dia and 50 mm long dash fasteners, 4 mm GI adjustable rods with galvanised butterfly level clips of size 85 x 30 x 0.8 mm spaced at 1200 mm center to center along main T, bottom exposed width of 24 mm of all T-sections shall be pre-painted with polyester paint complete for all heights as per specifications including 4mm thick HPSC pre-prime non asbestros fiber cement building board (E-classic or equivalent) decorateive finish fixed to frame work with holding down clips in false ceiling complete all as specified and as directed

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillar etc but excluding ashlar facing, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-charge.

M&L brick work with sub class 'B' old size bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for brick work using old servicable bricks obtained from serial item No 12 above including removing motar, cleaning the bricks with water, etc. straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L reinforced cement concrete M-25 (design Mix) using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate in beams, cantilevers, bressummers, lintels over 1.5m span complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L TMT steel bars 10mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape reqd incl cranking, bending, spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire annealed not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L TMT steel bars 5mm dia and over up to and including 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers etc, cut to length, bent to shape reqd incl cranking, bending, spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire annealed not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L formwork to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam haunchings, girders, bressum-mers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including supports overhangs etc, also splays between floors and beams, etc., work in rough finished flat surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster of any description on brick or stone walls etc including racking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour rendering 10 mm thick on any faces of brick work or concrete wall surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 and finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L rendering 15 mm thick on brick work or concrete wall surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 including mixing water proofing compound @ 2% by weight of cement or as per manufacturer's instruction and finished fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (WPC shall be measured and paid for separately)

Supply only water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L rendering 05 mm thick on any faces of brick work or concrete ceiling surfaces in cement mortar 1:3 and finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L preparation of new plastered/ unplastered surfaces of brick/concrete ceiling and applying three coats of white lime wash complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L preparation of new plastered/unplastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre per 10 Sqm complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L preparation of newly plastered/ unplastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper with painting roller over a coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L preparation of old/new plastered/ unplastered surfaces of walls and applying 2mm to 3mm thick wall care putty white cement based in two or more coats to achive smooth surface complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutter area exceeding 1.50 Square meter and not exceeding 4.00 Square meter (without taking off shutters from the frames) and removing from site, including cutting holes for taking out existing hold fasts and making good the disturbed portion of jambs and adjoining surfaces to match with existing finish complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-charge.

S&F powder coated aluminium section (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) work for doors,windows & ventilators frames with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS:1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing/paneling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note : (a). Weight of aluminium sections shall be as per IS or actual weight which ever less shall be measured. (b). The rates quoted shall be inclusive of neoprene beading, jointing clips, screws, glazing clips etc as required and the same shall not be measured for arriving the weight;

The rates quoted shall be inclusive of neoprene beading, glazing clips, jointing clips, screws, etc as required and the same shall not be measured for arriving the weight; (d). The rates shall be inclusive of locking arrangement including complete packing with silicon gel alround contacting surface of aluminium framework and including matching the existing surface area complete all as specified and directed.

S & F anodised aluminium grill (anodized transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS: 1868 with minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15) of approved design/ pattern, with approved standard section and fixed to the window frame with C.P brass/ stainless steel screws @ 200 mm center to center, including cutting the grill to proper opening size for fixing and operation of handles and fixing approved anodized aluminium standard section around the opening, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L rolled mild steel framed work as in chowkhats of door or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces etc. complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering, doors, etc to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges and steel hanging door fitting (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging also fastening and fixing conforming to Fe-410-(Gde E-250) quality 'A' complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F flush shutters 40 mm thick, solid core construction, with block board core and ply wood face panels, commercial type on both sides complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing factory made 35 mm thick 2nd class hard wood glazed and skeleton shutters,open rebated and prepared to receive glass , gauze etc. (without sash bars) ,edges of framing plain chamfered or rounded , fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass etc size of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part-I, Section-8, clause 8.24 (a) (wood shall be kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated) complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F double shutter steel window box type ERW hollow P section comprising of glazed/gauged skeleton shutter fabricated from following sections :- (a) ERW hollow P section frame of size 60 mm x25 mm made from 1.25 mm thick MS sheet (02 Nos i.e. 01 for glazed shutter and 01 for gauzed shutter ). Both P section shall be welded with flat iron 25x03 mm thick all around of frame on both inner and outer faces . (b) Style and rails of window shutters shall be fabricated with ERW hollow P section of size 50 mm x25 mm made from 1.00 mm thick MS sheet and comprising of 02 Nos sash bars for glazed window leaf of T – section 20 x 03 mm thick and one No sash bar of 20 mm x 3 mm thick section for gauzed winodw leaf . (c) Vertical mullion shall be ERW hollow T -section of size 60 x 25 mm made from 1.25 mm thick MS sheet (d) The above steel window shall be deemed to include the following accessories/ fittings : i) Hold fast 150mm long mild steel flat iron 12x3 mm thick made to shape- 04 Nos per window ii) Handle of Z section 20mmx25mm, 100mm long – 01 No per leaf. iii) MS tower bolt stove enamelled 150mm long- 2 Nos per leaf. iv) Z section 20mmx25mm, 100mm long stopper – 01 No per leaf. (v) Cleat 55 mm long of solid square 15x20x.63mm square - 01 No per leaf

(iii) The window upto 1.00 metre width shall consists of two leaves both for gauzed shutter and glazed shutter and all the shutters are openable. Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floors and pavings n exe 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M–35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified and directed

Material & Labour for providing and laying 3mm thick APP (atactic polypropylene polymer) modified prefabricated five layer weight not less than 3.60 kg /Sqm water proofing membrane black finish reinforced with non woven polyster matt and consisting of a coat bitumious primer @ 0.40 ltr /Sqm by the same membrane manufactures of density 0.87 to 0.89 kg/ltr at 25 degree centegrate temprature and viscosity 70-160 cps over the primer coat with overlap of 100mm at the side and 150mm at the end, the layer membrane shall be laid using butane gas torch and sealing all joints etc after preparing the surface complete as per standred practice as per manufacture's instructions . The vital physical and chemical parameters of the membrane shall be under ;- (i) Joint strength in longitudinal and transverse direction at 23 degree centegrate at 650/ 450 N /5 cms (ii) Tear strength in longitudinal and transverse direction at 300/250N/5 cms. Softing point of membrane not less then 150 degree centegrate when tested in accordance with ASTM (d-5147) (iii) The laying of membrane shall be got down through the authorised applicator of manufactures of membrane only complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L applying a coat of solar reflective aluminium paint @ 0.11 kg per sqm on APP membrane surfaces complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Schedule 'A' Part-II (E/M itmes) Taking down carefully copper/aluminum point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete including all fittings and fixtures such as switches, pendant, lamp holder, regulators, socket outlet, etc and removing unserviceable materials from site of work and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors with cement mortar and white/colour wash to match with existing surfaces etc complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Disconnecting electrical connection, taking down ceiling fans of any sweep of any make with down rods, blades canopy etc kept in safe cousdy of contractor 's store till completion of civil works and after completion of civil works cleaning the fan motor assembly body, blade of ceiling, filling the cavity, rubbing with sand paper, taking off old paint with the help of chemicals & painting the ceiling fan with one coat of superior quality synthetic enamel paint including writing the MES number on the ceiling fans with synthetic enamel paint, reassembling the ceiling fan and refixing on the same loction, making electrical connection with 3 core copper condctor flexible cable of size 1.5sqm, testing complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for point wiring with 1.50 Sqmm single core PVC insulated , unsheathed cable FRLS-H, 1100 volt grade with multi stranded copper conductor drawn through and incuding medium grade, ISI marked, PVC conduit not less than 20 mm dia with accessories, concealed on wall/ceiling surfaces and incuding provision of 1.50 Sqmm single core PVC insulated , unsheathed cable FRLS-H, 1100 volt grade with multi stranded copper conductor green colour as earth continuity conductor and connected to common earth dolly with suitable size of lugs, including mild steel sunken box or pressed steel terminal boxes modular type of size/modules as required at site with earth dolly (boxes shall be galvanised or painted with two coats of anti corrosive paint over a coat of red oxide primer both internally and externally) including provision of new covered plate over sunken box for housing the modular switches , modular socket outlets,modular fan regulators etc. for one light/fan/exhaust fan point controlled by one way switch, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Supply and laying XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable 16 sqmm cross sectional area, 2 core with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade as in repair complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches, not exc 1.5 m wide and not exc 1.5 m in depth; for laying of cables, GI pipes and getting out in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F light grade GI Tubing of size 32mm dia for cable protection and fixed with clamp to pole and wall with nut, bolts, washers or in trenches as in repair complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

M&L dry sand cushoning to cable i.e 8 cm before laying cable in trenches and 15 cm after laying the cable and compacting complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: punned thickness shall be measured for payment.

Supply and laying well burnt brick class-B laid flat to cover the cable with width equal to the length of cable and abutting each other for protection of cable complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing excavated material to a distance not exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L PCC 1:3:6 Type C-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in filing of road cutting / hard standing etc and finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches, not exc 1.5 m wide and not exc 1.5 m in depth, for laying of cables, GI pipes and getting out in hard/dense soil i.e cutiing existing hard standing/PCC/WBM complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F as in repair galvanised iron tubing 32 mm bore light grade with all fittings and fixed complete into walls for hanging ceiling fans inlcuding cutting holes into brick wall and making good holes with PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
