Credentials:-The tenderer should be Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) or sources approved by RDSO. Document for the same to be attached during submission of tender. Tenderer must be authorized service dealer for HRE of HEGENSCHEIDT- MFD GmbH. Firm should attach Authorization Certificate with his offer.
Undertaking certifying the truthfulness of all the documents as per GeM-IREPS online certificate as per Annexure-V. The offer of the bidder shall be summarily rejected if the bidder fails to submit this Undertaking online at ireps.gov.in.
Credential: Declaration/RDSO certification of tenderer being an OEM of the equipment.
Annexure-V (A) shall also be submitted by each member of a Partnership Firm/Joint Venture (JV)/ Hindu Undivided Family (HUF)/Limited Liability Partnership (LLP) etc. as the case may be. Non-submission of above certificate by the bidder shall result in summarily rejection of his/their bid.
Undertaking for not being debarred in any railways /Dhanbad division. (Annexure-B). The offer of the bidder shall be summarily rejected if the bidder fails to submit this Undertaking.
Undertaking regarding Employment/ Partnership etc. of Retired Railway Employees with the tenderer (Annexure-C). The offer of the bidder shall be summarily rejected if the bidder fails to submit this Undertaking.
