RequiredThe Tenderer shall have successfully provided vehicles for Examination or any other official purpose to Government or autonomous institutions or any other institution. In support of this, the tender shall furnish a certificate duly certified by the Officer of the Dept. / Institution or other documents such as in order or any other relevant documents along with the technical Bid

RequiredThe vehicle shall not be more than three years old

RequiredThe Vendor shall have minimum 10 vehicles. The Bidder shall furnish the list of vehicles, its model, fuel mode and other details which would be considered by the university wherever it is necessary.

RequiredThey should have similar work experience in Tender for providing Vehicles to at least 3 Universities or Govt. Institution scanned copies of the supply orders past 03 years ie. FY 2023-24 toFY 2025-26 should be enclosed

Eligibility Criteria

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.
