(ii) Layout diagram of LT panel board shall be produced by contractor for approval of Accepting Officer through GE before placing order to manufacturer and panel shall be brought at site as per approved drawing.

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of factory made LT Feeder Pillar box, size 75cm x 75cm x 45cm, outdoor & double door type, dust, weather & vermin proof, having front openable shutter(two leaf) with high quality rubber beading on door and locking arrangement. Feeder pillar box shall be made out of CRCA steel sheet 3.15mm thick duly powder coated painted by using 7 tank process. The top of the CRCA sheet shall be bent in slope/tapper with projection of 30mm on all sides. Including cable entry arrangements at bottom and earthing terminals 2 Nos. at both side. The feeder pillar box should be mounted on frame base of MS angle iron of size 50mm x 50mm x 6mm duly painted and grouted/fixed in PCC blocks of 1:3:6, type C-1 of size 30cm x 30cm x 15cm. The feeder pillar box shall include following undermetioned accessories complete all as specified & directed:- (i) Aluminium busbar of capacity 300 Amps rating mounted on LT porcelain insulator - 04 Strips (ii) MCCB conforming to IS:13947 (Part-II), IEC-947, 04 Pole, 250Amps, 415 Volts, 50Hz, rupturing capacity 25KA, with adjustable thermal and magnetic setting - 01 No.

Supply, laying, jointing, testing and commissioning of LT electric cable, 1100 Volts grade, heavy duty, XLPE insulated, armoured electric power cable with aluminium conductor of cross sectional area 400sqmm, 3.5 core conforming to IS- 7098 (Part I) 1988 laid as in trenches or fixed along the wall/pole or passing through pipes/ducts etc, complete all as specified & directed.

Notes for BOQ item No. 14.00 to 19.00:- (i) Cable shall be of manufacturing date not earlier than Sep 2022. All the cable shall be embossed with year of manufacturing, meterage at every metre, in addition to its own standard markings as per IS i.e. Size, voltage etc. (ii) Excavation & earth work, sand cushioning, end termination joints, protection pipes & protection covers etc. shall be measured and paid separately. (iii) No straight through joint shall be permitted in less than single drum length. (iv) Cable shall be tested in the presence of GE or rep of GE after laying in the trenches & before returning filling in the trenches.

M&L boring of holes under road, pavement, hardstanding for passing/crossing pipes/cables upto size 150mm dia/bore at suitable depth (not below than 1mtr) by trenchless technology using ultra sounding technique and using necessary machinery / equipments complete without damaging the surface and removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50mtr including S&F of HDPE pipe of 150mm bore, 0.4Mpa working pressure complete all as specified & directed. Notes : (i) Location of boring holes shall be decided by the Engineer-in-charge as per requirement, nothing extra shall be payable on account of variation in length of crossing of road etc. (ii) During boring soil strata may be changed, hence nothing extra shall be paid to the contractor for boring of holes through different strata/different type of soil. (iii) The one RM of boring holes & HDPE pipe shall measured as one unit for payment purpose.

M&L earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60cm X 60cm X 6mm thick buried vertically in ground to depth not less than 2.25 mtr below ground level, with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level surrounded from all sides by 15cm thick packed layer of Charcoal dust & common salt filled in alternate layers and electrode connected to GI earth lead strip 32mm x 6mm upto 7.5mtr long by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron and connection to earthing test point & earth dolly & watering pipe medium grade GI 20 mm bore including protection pipe GI light grade 40mm bore, including wire mesh, funnel, lugs, salt, charcoal dust, excavation in any type of soil, returning filling & removal of surplus soil upto 50mtr, pit chamber shall be of PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20 mm graded mechnically crushed stone aggregates and pit cover slab 80mm thick shall be of Precast RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded mechnically crushed stone aggregates reinforced with welded steel wire fabric or XPM weighing not less than 4Kg/sqm with cast iron frame including necessary form work complete all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR part-I, including testing on completion at site complete all as specified & directed. Note:- Any variation in length of earth lead and protection pipe of earth lead shall be adjusted through DO. On testing if the desired earth resistance is not obtained, earthing will be generated at No extra cost, till the desired earth resistance is obtained. The chamber shall be constructed atleast 1.5 mtr away from the earth electrode. The testing of earthing shall be done in presence of GE or Rep of GE.

Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5mtr wide & not exceeding 1.5mtr in depth; for foundation, laying pipes/cables etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. not exceeding 10sqm on plan & not exceeding 1.5mtr in depth and getting out, in soft/loose soil complete all as specified & directed.

Returning filling in including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick each in soft/loose soil complete all as specified & directed.

Removal of excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr & depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified & directed.

M&L Sand cushioning to electric cable with a layer of dry fine sand 8cm thick before laying the cable and 15cm thick after laying the cable (punned down to 18cm thick after laying and stretching of cable ) complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and laying old size, common burnt clay, sub class 'B' bricks, designation 75, laid flat & dry for protection of electric cable in trenches, adjacent to each other, perpendicular to central axis of cable complete all as specified & directed.

M&L GI pipe 50mm bore , light grade, for cable protection as in road crossing under road/path, under floor/plinth protection, fixed to wall/pole with fixing arrangement with suitable size of MS clamps, nuts,bolts & washers, including cutting chasing(if required) of plinth protection or wall & making good to disturbed suface as per existing complete all as specified & directed .

For Credit Schedule refer tender documents. The amount of credit schedule shall be deducted from total quoted amount of BOQ to arrive contract sum.
