Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning (SITC) of New Radiator for DG-2 (500 kVA) at Bhavani Building, Technopark Phase-I Campus.

Supply Installation Testing and Commissioning of new heavy-duty Radiator assembly suitable for primary circuit of 500 kVA Cummins make DG Engine model: KTA-19-G4 (Engine make: CUMMINS and Alternator make: Stanford), including radiator with copper fins, brass tubes, top tank, bottom tank, side brackets, fan cowl, rear safety grills, mounting accessories pressure cap, drain arrangement and all other accessoriess which shall be completely compatible with the existing engine etc. All Components shall be powder coated, using TVS Bolt-nuts and 7 row English model. Supply and filling of coolant and corrosion inhibitor, dismantling of the existing radiator without any damage to the exising syaytem and supply of all the materials for completion of all the works shall be under the scope of the contractor. (All other specifications shall be as per the Tender document no: ETPK/PH-I/2026-27/E-15)

Supply of coolant which shall Be suitable for the Cummins engine (model: KTA-19-G4) of 500 kVA capacity, contain anti-corrosion inhibitors, provide anti-rust protection, provide anti-cavitation protection, be compatible with aluminium/copper components, be mixed using demineralized water as recommended by the manufacturer.
